The closed system minimizes the risk of cell contamination. High cell densities are achieved through automated perfusion protocols. The process remains under control at all times thanks to advanced control functions and remote monitoring via UNICORN software. It is suitable for use in regulated environments. Densities exceeding 10 x 106 cells per milliliter are achieved in volumes up to 25 liters, with non-invasive mixing, media perfusion, and efficient oxygen transfer in a gentle, low-shear environment.
