SPS3 autosampler for Varian ICP-MS spectrometers

The Varian SPS3 autosampler can be connected to all of the AA, ICP-OES, ICP-MS and UV-Vis spectrometers currently manufactured by Varian. The Varian SPS3 can hold up to 576 samples using deep well microplates.
