Status, leverings- en betalingsvoorwaarden
Apparatuurcontrole
De gebruikte apparatuur wordt voorafgaand aan levering gecontroleerd door Labexchange Service GmbH. U ontvangt volledig functionerende apparatuur.
Verzending
De vermelde verzendtijden zijn telkens de kortste voor een artikel. In bepaalde gevallen kunnen de daadwerkelijke verzendtijden daarvan afwijken. De uiteindelijke verzendtijden worden aangegeven in de opdrachtbevestiging.
In de regel bieden we combinatieleveringen aan. Levertijden zijn afhankelijk van het artikel met de langste levertijd. Deelleveringen zijn mogelijk tegen een toeslag.

Informatie levering
De prijzen zijn exclusief verzendkosten. De genoemde verzendkosten zijn de te verwachten kosten. Afwijkingen zijn mogelijk. In het geval geen kosten voor verzending zijn gespecificeerd, vraag die dan afzonderlijk aan.
De opgegeven vracht- en verpakkingskosten hebben betrekking op de goedkoopste transportroute en zijn onder voorbehoud van onvoorziene kostenstijgingen. Door onvoorziene gebeurtenissen kunnen vrachttarieven en levertijden op elk moment veranderen en moeten ze worden aangepast aan de huidige situatie. Incoterm coderingen volgens Incoterms 2010: Bij afhalen EXW, CFR voor zendingen over zee, CPT per luchtfracht, andere zendingen DAP. Opmerking: We geven geen preferentieel certificaat/EUR1 af. Bij zelf afhalen/af fabriek (EXW) uit derde landen en de EU wordt 16% btw als borg ingehouden, tot we de ontvangstbevestiging/het leveringscertificaat van de koper hebben ontvangen.
Betalingsvoorwaarden
Wij accepteren geen betalingen Letter of Credit, PayPal etc. Het factuurbedrag is volledig verschuldigd. Er zijn geen betalingskortingen. De goederen blijven tot volledige betaling ons eigendom.

The Tissue Embedding Centre is an assembly including three devices or consoles, intended to easily and comfortably perform embedding tissue processes.
It includes:
1. a Cryo Console
2. a Dispensing Console
3. a Thermal Console
Thermal Console
The Thermal Console is equipped with two chambers:
1. REAR CHAMBER which maintains a supply of warm Base Moulds to facilitate the embedding procedure.
2. FRONT CHAMBER used to maintain the tissue specimens in their individual cassettes at the proper temperature while awaiting embedding.
The Front Chamber is equipped with a removable tray to facilitate cleaning.
Temperature control and programming for both chambers is set using the keyboard on the Dispensing Console.

Dispensing Console
The Dispensing Console is provided with:
1. Heated Paraffin Chamber with a maximum paraffin capacity of three litres
2. Heated Orientation Platform
3. Forceps Wells which makes the heated forceps easily accessible
4. Cold Spot which allows rapid chilling of paraffin and precise orientation of the specimen
5. Dispenser Island
which allows the dispensing of paraffin into the mould by either activating a Touch Plate or a Foot Switch connected to the rear side of the console.
6. Keyboard and display for programming and automatic control of the Dispensing Console and the Thermal Console.
7. Waste drawer

Cryo Console
The Cryo Console consists of:
1. Refrigerated Plate on which paraffin-embedded specimens are kept optimally cool and ready for microtome sectioning.
2. Keyboard and Display, which allows programming and automatic control of the cold plate temperature.
3. Drain slot which allows condensed water to pass to the drain drawer
4. Drain drawer which will collect condensed water from the plate.
