Apparatuurcontrole
De gebruikte apparatuur wordt voorafgaand aan levering gecontroleerd door Labexchange Service GmbH. U ontvangt volledig functionerende apparatuur.
Verzending
De vermelde verzendtijden zijn telkens de kortste voor een artikel. In bepaalde gevallen kunnen de daadwerkelijke verzendtijden daarvan afwijken. De uiteindelijke verzendtijden worden aangegeven in de opdrachtbevestiging.
In de regel bieden we combinatieleveringen aan. Levertijden zijn afhankelijk van het artikel met de langste levertijd. Deelleveringen zijn mogelijk tegen een toeslag.

Informatie levering
De prijzen zijn exclusief verzendkosten. De genoemde verzendkosten zijn de te verwachten kosten. Afwijkingen zijn mogelijk. In het geval geen kosten voor verzending zijn gespecificeerd, vraag die dan afzonderlijk aan.
De opgegeven vracht- en verpakkingskosten hebben betrekking op de goedkoopste transportroute en zijn onder voorbehoud van onvoorziene kostenstijgingen. Door onvoorziene gebeurtenissen kunnen vrachttarieven en levertijden op elk moment veranderen en moeten ze worden aangepast aan de huidige situatie. Incoterm coderingen volgens Incoterms 2010: Bij afhalen EXW, CFR voor zendingen over zee, CPT per luchtfracht, andere zendingen DAP. Opmerking: We geven geen preferentieel certificaat/EUR1 af. Bij zelf afhalen/af fabriek (EXW) uit derde landen en de EU wordt 16% btw als borg ingehouden, tot we de ontvangstbevestiging/het leveringscertificaat van de koper hebben ontvangen.
Betalingsvoorwaarden
Wij accepteren geen betalingen Letter of Credit, PayPal etc. Het factuurbedrag is volledig verschuldigd. Er zijn geen betalingskortingen. De goederen blijven tot volledige betaling ons eigendom.

The cabinets offer the highest product protection. The vertical or horizontal Class 100 airflow prevents contaminated outside air to enter the workstation's work area, ensuring product protection.
Its application is in the field of pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology, pharmacies, hospital and university laboratories as well as tissue culture and electronic laboratories.
The DLF is a high-quality product constructed with high-grade components and materials, with new techniques, such as:
n Microprocessor control with a LCD display for the Interface with the user;
n Automatic up speeding fan; when there is increasing resistance in the filter the necessary airspeeds are maintained;
n Window construction that can be operated manually;
n User friendly window construction with a hinge mechanism easy to operate.

Type plate
On type plate (right upper side) there are instructions that are important for the connection of the cabinet.
Hinge-slidewindow (option)
The hinge-slide window is a tightly closing, manually operated glass or acryl window. It can be slide up or down, and open and close it by means of handgrips.
Top panel
In and behind the top panel a number of electrical components are mounted.

To check one of these components, you need to remove the pre-filter.
Worktop
The workroom contains a stainless steel (SS 304) worktop.
Plenum-construction
The plenum-construction equalizes the air trough the downflow filter.
Downflow filter
The downflow HEPA-filter* has a very high efficiency: Class H14 in accordance with EN1822. After mounting, each filter will be separately tested according to EN 12469, Annex D. Through the service panel the downflow filter can be reached.

Pre-filter
The pre-filter is a filter in the class G4 accordance with EN779. Furthermore the pre-filter will enhance the life span of the HEPA-filter significantly.
Support frame / foot support (optional)
For a stable positioning of the cabinet we recommend the use of a support frame. For a good ergonomic work position the use of a in steps adjustable foot support is recommended. In addition, it is recommended to use an in height adjustable, well disinfectable, chair to optimize the work position. As well, the foot support will increase the rigidity of the cabinet.
Main power connection
The main power connection is positioned an the top of the cabinet. The power Gable length is maximum 3 meters and should always be accessible. See technical specifications for details.
Electronics
The electronics consists of:
n Operational print; positioned in the top panel behind the operating panel;
n Control print including:
Fuse folders (see Technical specifications for fuse-numbers)
Fan control
The control is free adjustable in the range between 0 % and 100 %
Air velocity compensating microprocessor regulates fanspeed to compensate for main power fluctuations and filter pollution.

Operating panel
The operating panel consist of:
1- Display;
2- Fundion keys (4x);
3- Fixed keys (4x);
4- Signals.
Display:
The display has 4 lines, the lowest line gives the description of the key underneath.

Function keys:
The function of keys 1,2,3 and 4 are variable. In the last line of the display the function is showed.
Signals:
TL-lighting
The TL-Lighting is mounted in the Light unit.
Fan
The electric driven double suction fan is maintenance-free.
UV-Radiator
The UV radiator is meant for disinfecting the working surface of the safety cabinet.
When the UV-radiator is on, the TL lighting will be switched off. The UV radiator can only be switched on when the window is closed, this makes sure the user will not get in contact with UV-C radiation.
The UV switch-function is only visible when the window is closed.
The UV light is be switched on through the display. It is also possible to adjust the UV disinfecting, for each day a certain disinfecting period can be defined.
When the UV is switched on, the UV hour Counter counts the lighting period. UV-Iamps haue, dependable from fabricate and type, a limit in effective running hours. Replace the lamp frequently.
Sockets
The sockets are mounted on the back wall of the working area.
They can be operated at the control panel. See "General specifications" for electrical details.
