Incoterm coding according to Incoterms 2010: For persons who collect the devices themselves: EXW, for dipatch by sea: CFR, by air freight: CPT, other shipments: DAP. Note for international shipments: A proof of preference/EUR1 will not be issued by us. When self-collecting/ordering EXW from countries within or outside the European Union, 16% VAT will be retained as a deposit until we have received the corresponding confirmation of arrival/bill of delivery from the buyer.

BINDER Universal-Hybridisierungsschränke BFED verfügen über einen Mikroprozessor PID-Regler. Die Temperaturanzeige erfolgt Zehntelgrad genau.
BINDER Universal-Hybridisierungsschränke BFED sind elektrisch beheizt und verfügen über eine erzwungene Konvektion mittels Ventilator. Der Temperaturwählwächter (TWW Kl. 3.1) nach DIN 12880 schützt das Gut vor einer Überschreitung der Arbeitstemperatur (Kap. 7).
Der Universal-Hybridisierungsschrank ist mit einer dichten Auffangwanne ausgerüstet. Innenraum, Vorwärmekammer und Türinnenseiten sind aus rostfreiem Edelstahl (W. Nr. 1.4301). Das Gehäuse ist mit einer Pulverbeschichtung RAL 7035 versehen. Alle Ecken und Kanten sind komplett beschichtet.
BINDER Universal-Hybridisierungsschränke BFED verfügen über eine Drucker- und Kommunikationsschnittstelle RS 232 zur Computerkommunikation, z.B. über die Kommunikationssoftware APT-COMTm DataControlSystem (Option, Kap. 8.1).
Im Universal-Hybridisierungsschrank ist ein Drehgestell zur Aufnahme zylindrischer Glasflaschen vorgesehen. Es können 12 große (300 x 35 mm) oder kleine (150 x 35 mm) Flaschen gleichzeitig aufgenommen werden. Zur Reduzierung der Hybridisierlösung können die Flaschen schräg gestellt werden. Das Drehgestell hat eine konstante Geschwindigkeit von 6 U/ min und lässt sich von Hand sehr leicht herausnehmen. Die Dreheinrichtung ist mit einem Ein-/Ausschalter abschaltbar und wird aus Sicherheitsgründen beim Öffnen der inneren Glastüre selbsttätig abgeschaltet.
In der serienmäßigen Ausstattung des BFED ist eine 0-24 h-Schaltuhr mit Stellung Dauerbetrieb integriert.
Das Gerät kann in einem Temperaturbereich von 5°C über Raumtemperatur bis +99,9°C betrieben werden.
