Descrizione. Il rilevatore a fluorescenza Waters 2475 fornisce una sensibilità senza pari per quantificare basse concentrazioni di composti target, siano essi naturalmente fluorescenti o derivatizzati con un tag fluorescente. Il rilevatore FLR 2475 definisce lo standard per lo sviluppo di metodi di fluorescenza utilizzando la scansione spettrale 3D e al volo per determinare le lunghezze d'onda di emissione ed eccitazione ottimali e può monitorare fino a quattro coppie di lunghezze d'onda indipendenti. Le modalità di acquisizione multiple riducono significativamente il tempo necessario per sviluppare metodi di rilevamento della fluorescenza determinando rapidamente i massimi della lunghezza d'onda. Innovativo design della cella a flusso illuminata assialmente per una minore dispersione, meno luce diffusa, meno volume e una maggiore lunghezza del percorso per la massima sensibilità. Scansione spettrale tridimensionale per uno sviluppo e un'ottimizzazione più rapidi del metodo, nonché una migliore identificazione dei picchi. Il funzionamento a canale singolo o multicanale monitora la fluorescenza a una o più coppie discrete di lunghezze d'onda. Prestazioni a basso rumore: meno luce diffusa grazie all'ottica ortogonale e all'uso di specchi, non di lenti, riduce al minimo la dispersione.
