The second-hand devices are verified by Labexchange Service GmbH before delivery. You are receiving only fully functional devices.

Dispatch time

The stated dispatch times are the shortest possible ones for each article. The effective dispatch times can vary. The effective dispatch times will be stated in the order confirmation.

As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

Delivery information

Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.

Neues Modell 100 ECH mit elektronischer Steuerung für Zeit und Temperatur und mit Vakuumsteuerung

Das UNIVAPO 150 ECH und 100 ECH-Zentrifugen konzentriert schnell Proben bei der niedrigen Temperatur im Vakuum-festen Rotorraum. Verdampfung der lösenden Phase kann oben beschleunigt werden, indem man die Raumtemperatur von 30°C bis zu 80°C aufwirft.

Die voreingestellte Rotationsgeschwindigkeit des magnetisch gefahrenen Rotors entwickelt die optimale zentrifugale Kraft für alle vorhandenen Rotoren. Diese Gravitationskraft verhindert Stoßen, Schäumen und Spritzen von der Lösung, damit praktisch 99% der Probe konzentriert und zurückgewonnen wird.

Anwendungsbereiche: Für Vorbereitungen mit einer maximalen Wiederaufnahme von DNA, RNS, Proteine, Peptide, Aminosäuren, Hormone, Enzyme. Für Analyse nach RIA, FIA, TLC, FPLC, HPLC, GC/MS, IR, UV und Elektrophorese.

Ein total beiliegender Formraum ist das Doppelte, das mit einem speziellen Dichtungsmittel und mit Korrosion nachgewiesener Puderfarbe versiegelt wird. Der Rotor wird magnetisch gefahren und angeschlossen nicht direkt an den Motor.

Bewegungs-Antrieb: Der Motor ist im untereren Abschnitt und überträgt Energie durch eine magnetische Koppelung. Der Abschnitt ist über die untere Grundplatte bereitwillig zugänglich.

Heizung: Eingebaute röhrenförmige Artheizung (300 W) mit örtlich festgelegtem Thermostat (40°C) und elektronische überschüssige Temperatursteuereinheit (Version H) oder Temperaturspanne von 30°C zu 80°C (Version ECH).

Abkühlen: Vorhanden als Optionen! Im untereren Abschnitt des Rotorraumes können die Kühlschlangen für das Verteilen der außen abgekühlten Flüssigkeiten gepaßt werden.

Kontrollen: Ein-Ausschalter für Motor-Energie und für die Heizung, Sicherheitsschalter, geschlossene Abdeckung während des Betriebes sicherzustellen. Digitalanzeige für Heizung und Zeit (Version ECH).

VakuumcLinie: Ein Zwei-wegmetallvakuumventil wird in die Rückseite des oberen Abschnitts mit Vakuum-Linienanschluß 1/2"angebracht (der linke und rechte Anschluß möglich).
