The second-hand devices are verified by Labexchange Service GmbH before delivery. You are receiving only fully functional devices.

Dispatch time

The stated dispatch times are the shortest possible ones for each article. The effective dispatch times can vary. The effective dispatch times will be stated in the order confirmation.

As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

Delivery information

Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.

The stated transport and packing charges apply to the most favorable route if transport and are to be understood as subject to verification due to unexpected cost increases. By reason of unpredictable events, cargo rates and delivery times can change at any time and therefore have to be adapted to the recent situation. Die Anlage ist darauf ausgelegt PCR Produkte zu amplifizieren.

Der Prozess läuft kurz beschrieben folgendermassen ab:

Mikrotiterplatten (96 wells, 384 wells, 1536wells) werden in der "Molbank"

gelagert. Jede einzelne Platte wird in einer Datenbank verwaltet. Die Platte

wird über Barcodes identifiziert.

Auf dem "Genesis - 8 Nadel - Pipettierroboter" wird die PCR Reaktion zusammenpipettiert. Unser System ist mit Festnadeln ausgestattet, es lässt sich aber auf Einwegspitzen umrüsten. Die Auflageflächen sind mit einem Kühlaggregat verbunden, somit können die Reaktionen bei definierten Temperaturen durchfgeführt werden.

Auf der Genesis ist der "TeMags" integriert. Hiermit können PCR Produkte oder andere Substanzen mit Hilfe von magnetischen Partikeln aufgereinigt, respektive aufkonzentriert, werden.

Die Platten mit den PCR-Reaktionsansätzen werden auf einem "Sealer" automatisch mit Alu-Folie versiegelt.

Die PCR wird in PCR-Cyclern der Firma MJ-Research durchgeführt. Insgesamt sind 4 Cycler zu einer Einheit zusammengefasst. Somit können gleichzeitig 4 Platten à 96 Wells bearbeitet werden.

Mit Hilfe des "TEMO" 96 Nadelkopf können die Produkte aus 4 96er Platten in eine 384 MTP oder in eine 1536er Platte pipettiert werden.

Die Konzentrationsbestimmung erfolgt mit Hilfe des Spectra Fluor Readers.

Ein Vorrat an Platten wird im "Karussell" deponiert, und wird bei Bedarf vom "Orca" an den Ort befördert, wo sie benötigt wird.

Der "Orca" ist ein Robotorgreifarm der sich auf einer Laufschiene hin und her bewegt. Der Greifarm kann jede Position der Trac Anlage erreichen. Von jedem Ort können Platten an jede beliebige Stelle gebracht werden.

Das Robotersystem wird von einem Software-Programmpaket gesteuert, das unter Windows NT4.0 respektive Win2000 läuft.

Die Software ist frei programmierbar. Es fällt somit relativ leicht komplett andere Prozesse auf der Anlage durchzuführen, als sie oben beschrieben wurden. Selbstverständlich ist es auch möglich die Module einzeln zu verwenden.
