The second-hand devices are verified by Labexchange Service GmbH before delivery. You are receiving only fully functional devices.

Dispatch time

As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

Delivery information

Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.

SPECTRO X-LAB 2000

Das SPECTRO X-Lab 2000 ist ein energiedispersives Polarisations - Röntgenfluoreszenzspektrometer für die Multielementanalyse im Labor. Zur Anregung der Fluoreszenzstrahlung der Probenelemente werden Bragg- und Barkla- Polarisatoren sowie Sekundärtargets eingesetzt,

Dieses Gerät zeichnet sich durch eine ausgezeichnete Empfindlichkeit und Präzision aus. Somit ist bestens geeignet für die Analytik von Elementspuren in leichten Matrices (Öl, Benzin, Polymere, Böden u.a.) sowie für die Hauptkomponentenanalyse in oxidischen Proben. Die gleichzeitige Erfassung aller Elemente von Natrium bis Uran ermöglicht Überblicksanalysen in Sekundenschnelle.
