The second-hand devices are verified by Labexchange Service GmbH before delivery. You are receiving only fully functional devices.
Dispatch time
The stated dispatch times are the shortest possible ones for each article. The effective dispatch times can vary. The effective dispatch times will be stated in the order confirmation.
As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

Delivery information
Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.
The stated transport and packing charges apply to the most favorable route if transport and are to be understood as subject to verification due to unexpected cost increases. By reason of unpredictable events, cargo rates and delivery times can change at any time and therefore have to be adapted to the recent situation. Import formalities and possible customs charges will be borne by the purchaser. Incoterm coding according to Incoterms 2010: For persons who collect the devices themselves: EXW, for dipatch by sea: CFR, by air freight: CPT, other shipments: DAP. Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Die Anlage dient zur Enthärtung von Stadtwasser bzw. von Wasser vergleichbarer Qualität. Die Anlage arbeitet nach dem Prinzip des lonenaustauschverfahrens im Neutralaustausch. Als Regeneriermittel kommt Kochsalzlösung zur Anwendung.
Dabei dürfen die in den Datenblättern der einzelnen Anlagenkomponenten aufgeführten Leistungen nicht überschritten werden.

Wassertemperatur des Rohwassers 10°C < t zul. < 40° C
Umgebungstemperatur bei Betrieb ca. 20°C

Das Zulaufwasser muß frei sein von Eisen, Mangan, Schwermetallen ÖI oder größeren Mengen an organischen Wasserinhaltsstoffen und Oxidationsmitteln wie Chlor, Ozon, Wasserstoffperoxid u.a.
Die Anlage ist nicht für die Trinkwasseraufbereitung geeignet.
Funktionsweise der Enthärtungsanlage
Aufgabe
Die Enthärtungsanlage entzieht dem Rohwasser Härtebildner (Calcium und Magnesium). Sie enthärtet das Wasser.
Dadurch wird der Gehalt an Härtebildner im Wasser entfernt und gleichzeitig der Gehalt an Natrium erhöht.
Funktionsweise
Das Rohwasser durchströmt die Enthärtungsanlage.
Die Enthärtungsanlage enthält ein spezielles Austauscherharz. Dieses Harz nimmt Härtebildner auf und gibt Natriumionen ab.
Die Aufnahmekapazität ist begrenzt.
Regeneration
Das Austauscherharz wird regeneriert durch Überleiten einer Natriumchloridlösung aus dem Salzlösebehälter. Die Natriumionen ersetzen die aufgenommenen Härtebildner und eluieren diese.
Die Enthärtungsanlage ist wieder aufnahmefähig. Die Regeneration erfolgt automatisch.
Die Betriebsdauer zwischen zwei Regenerationen ist abhängig von der Rohwasserqualität und ist in der Steuerung programmiert.
Die Wasserenthärter Benjamin Z und TK-Z bestehen aus folgenden Hauptteilen:
- Austauscherbehälter mit Austauscherharz (lonenaustauscher):
Der Austauscherbehälter besteht aus glasfaserverstärktem Kunststoff, der eingefüllte lonenaustauscher, aus Kunstharz,.diese sind praktisch geruchs- und geschmacksfrei.
- Zentralsteuerventil:
Der Steuerkopf ist aus Rotguß.
- Salzlösebehälter
mit Solebrunnen und Sole-Schwimmerventil:
Salzlösebehälter, Solebrunnen, Soleventil, Salzboden und Abdeckung sind aus schlagfestem Kunststoff gefertigt.
- Einschub-Timer (Zeitschaltuhr)
- Resthärteprüfbesteck.
