The second-hand devices are verified by Labexchange Service GmbH before delivery. You are receiving only fully functional devices.

Dispatch time

The stated dispatch times are the shortest possible ones for each article. The effective dispatch times can vary. The effective dispatch times will be stated in the order confirmation.

As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

Delivery information

Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.

The stated transport and packing charges apply to the most favorable route if transport and are to be understood as subject to verification due to unexpected cost increases. By reason of unpredictable events, cargo rates and delivery times can change at any time and therefore have to be adapted to the recent situation. Import formalities and possible customs charges will be borne by the purchaser. Incoterm coding according to Incoterms 2010: For persons who collect the devices themselves: EXW, for dipatch by sea: CFR, by air freight: CPT, other shipments: DAP. Modell M 18

Die Schulz-Sicherheitswerkbänke der Reihe M sind moderne Laminar-Flow-Geräte für mikrobiologische und biotechnische Arbeiten, welche den Benutzer und die Produkte vor Kontamination durch die Raumluft zuverlässig schützen.

Die sterile Werkbank wird mittels Mikrocomputer gesteuert. Der Computer kann folgende Funktionen ausführen:

Überwachung des Filterzustandes
Alarmfunktion
Frontscheibenfunktion
Ein- und Ausschalten der Beleuchtung (Normalbeleuchtung oder UV-Beleuchtung nur einzeln schaltbar )
Ein- und Ausschalten der im Arbeitsbereich angeordneten Netzsteckdosen 230V Achtung: zul. Belastung max. 2,5 A

Die M-Sicherheitswerkbänke sind mit einem Standardbedientableau ausgerüstet.

Dieses besteht aus:

Tasten mit eingebauten Leuchtdioden (LED)
LED-Display
Schlüsselschalter

Die Anordnung der Komponenten des Anzeige- und Bedientableaus ist anhand der folgenden Abbildung ersichtlich.

Aufstellungshinweise

Die Aufstellung der Sicherheitswerkbank soll in Bereichen von Räumen, die im Temperaturbereich zwischen min. +10°C und max. 35°C bei max. 98% rel. Feuchte liegen, erfolgen.

Um eine möglichst lange Standzeit der Hochleistungsschwebstofffilterzellen zu erzielen, sollte der Aufstellort möglichst frei von partikulären Verunreinigungen sein.

Oberhalb der Ausblasöffnung auf der Oberseite des Gerätes sollen mindestens 200 mm Freiraum sein, um ein unbehindertes Ausblasen der Abluft zu gewährleisten.

Der Aufstellort soll so gewählt sein, dass die Sicherheitswerkbank nach erfolgter Inbetriebnahme einem erneuten (und wenn auch nur geringsten) Ortswechsel nicht unterzogen wird. Der neue Standort bedingt eine erneute Prüfung nach DIN EN 12469:2000).

Geräteanschluss

Der Netzanschluss der Sicherheitswerkbank darf nur durch autorisierte Personen erfolgen.

Der Schlüsselschalter der Sicherheitswerkbank ist vor Herstellen der Netzverbindung in Stellung 0 zu bringen.

Die Netzversorgung des Gerätes erfolgt über eine CEE-Steckvorrichtung . Hierbei übernimmt der Stecker die allpolige Trennfunktion.

Die Steckdose ist außerhalb des direkten Handbereiches des Bedienpersonals zu wählen.

Die elektrische Betriebssicherheit der Sicherheitswerkbank ist nach den Vorgaben der VDE zu überprüfen.

Die Netzverbindung ist herzustellen.

Sobald Netzspannung anliegt, leuchtet auf dem LED-Display die Meldung OFF auf. Weitere Funktionen sind nicht möglich.
