Allgemeines
Gemäß der TA-Luft und Bundesemisssionsgesetz (BImSCH G) sind Menschen, Tiere, Pflanzen und Sachen vor schädlichen Umwelteinflüssen zu schützen. Zu diesen Einflüssen zählen u.a. auch die Emissionen von Säurenebel und Aerosolen, die aus der Abluft von galvanischen Beizereien, Gelbbrennanlagen und Ähnlichem stammen.
Unsere Horizontal - Luftwäscher, Typ SH 2 haben die Aufgabe, die Chemilkalienkonzentration unter die vom Gesetzgeber festgelegten und zugelassenen Emissionswerte zu reduzieren.
Funktion
Die Schadstoff belastete Luft durchströmt die Waschzelle in horizontaler Richtung.
In der Sprühzone 1 wird soviel Waschflüssigkeit eingedüst, daß das anschließende PP-VSP Füllkörperpaket mit einer Flüssigkeitsmenge von 18,5 m 3 /h beaufschlagt wird. Dadurch wird ein optimaler Stoffaustausch bei geringem Strömungswiderstand gewährleistet. Alle festen und flüssigen Partikel werden aus dem Luftstrom separiert. In der Sprühzone 2 wird nochmals im Gleich- und Gegenstrom gesprüht um mitgerissene Kleinsttropfen und Aerosole zu vergrößern damit sie in dem danach angeordneten Tropfenabscheider aus der Luft entfernt werden können. Außerdem findet im begrenzten Maße eine zusätzliche Schadgasabsorption statt. Der Wirkungsgrad des Tropfenabscheiders beträgt 99,9 % bei einem Grenztropfen größer 15 micron.
Die Waschflüssigkeit wird mit einer Chemiekreiselpumpe aus PP im Kreislauf gefördert. Das verdunstete Wasser wird über einen Frischwasseranschluß mit Elektromagnetventil ersetzt.
Das Magnetventil wird von einer Analog Kompaktsonde über 2 Schaltpunkte gesteuert. Die weiteren Schaltpunkte dienen als Trockenlaufschutz für die Pumpe bzw. als Überfüllsicherung ( Handventil) mit Impuls für eine Signalanlage.
Als Waschmittel wird 10%-ige Natronlauge vorgelegt. Die Konzentration kann bis auf 3% abgefahren werden. Sie wird mit einer pH-Wert-Meßeinrichtung überwacht.
Wird der untere pH-Sollwert unterschritten wird mit einer Dosierpumpe aus einem Konzentratvorratsbehälter frische Natronlauge nachgepumpt, so daß jederzeit die volle Funktion des Wäschers gewährleistet ist.
