Dispatch time

As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

Delivery information
Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.
The stated transport and packing charges apply to the most favorable route if transport and are to be understood as subject to verification due to unexpected cost increases. By reason of unpredictable events, cargo rates and delivery times can change at any time and therefore have to be adapted to the recent situation. Import formalities and possible customs charges will be borne by the purchaser. Incoterm coding according to Incoterms 2010: For persons who collect the devices themselves: EXW, for dipatch by sea: CFR, by air freight: CPT, other shipments: DAP. Note for international shipments: A proof of preference/EUR1 will not be issued by us. When self-collecting/ordering EXW from countries within or outside the European Union, 16% VAT will be retained as a deposit until we have received the corresponding confirmation of arrival/bill of delivery from the buyer.

Der MA3O ist ein robustes, kompaktes und preisgünstiges Gerät mit hoher Meßgenauigkeit, das sich besonders für die Qualitätskontrolle in der Produktion und im Wareneingang eignet.
Typische Anwendungsgebiete sind regelmäßige Stichproben- und Eingangskontrollen in den Bereichen Nahrungs- und Genußmittel, Chemie, Pharmazie, Baustoffe und Umweltschutz; kurz, überall dort, wo es auf schnelle und zuverlässige Meßergebnisse ankommt.
Hart im Nehmen
Über ein symbolgeführtes Menü erfolgt die Parametereingabe auf einer Folientastatur, die auch den härtesten Anforderungen des Produktionsalltags gewachsen ist.
Die Seitenwände der Haube sind aus widerstandsfähigem Glas und gewähren eine Sichtkontrolle der Probe während der Messung. Bei Bedarf - z. B. in der Lebensmittelindustrie - lassen sie sich mit wenigen Handgriffen gegen Alu-Scheiben austauschen.
Einfache Bedienung
Ein übersichtliches 4-Tasten-Feld sorgt für einfaches und fehlerfreies Arbeiten
Tarierung der Probenschale per Tastendruck, die Ermittlung des Probengewichts erfolgt automatisch.
Leistungsstarke Infrarot-Dunkelstrahler
Nach Senken der Gerätehaube beginnen zwei leistungsstarke Infrarot-Strahler mit der Trocknung. Überwacht werden sie dabei von einem Temperatursensor, der seinen Dienst an Ort und Stelle, nämlich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Probe, verrichtet.
Mikroprozessor erledigt alle Rechenaufgaben
Nach einer typischen Trocknungszeit von 5-15 Minuten, in der ein integrierter Mikroprozessor alle erm ittelten Daten verarbeitet, wird das Endergebnis je nach Anforderungen in % Feuchte, % Trockenmasse, ATRO- oder Gewichtswerten angegeben. Die Abschaltung erfolgt zeitgesteuert oder vollautomatisch (bei Gewichtskonstanz der Probe).
Meßdaten ausdrucken und verarbeiten
Bei Bedarf erstellt ein externer Drucker über die serienmäßige Schnittstelle ein Meßprotokoll. Über die Schnittstelle ist auch die Verarbeitung der Meßdaten durch einen externen PC möglich, unterstützt durch ein eigens dafür entwickeltes Datenübernahmeprogramm (siehe Zubehör).
Ein frei speicherbares Programm bietet Flexibilität bei der Anwendung und gestattet die schnelle und bequeme Anpassung spezifischer Parameter-Einstellungen per Tastendruck.
Eich-Zulassung
Als weltweit einziger thermogravimetrischer Infrarot-Feuchtebestimmer besitzt der MA3O-0D2 eine innerstaatliche Bauartzulassung (Deutschland) für die Feuchtebestimmung von Getreide (Roggen und Weizen) in der Genauigkeitsklasse II der Kategorie B.
