Dispatch time

As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.

Beschreibung

VCAH und VCEH haben saugseitig ein Siebfilter und auslaßseitig einen Öl-und Ölnebelabscheider für die Rückführung des Öls in den Ölkreislauf.

Ein Ventilator zwischen Pumpengehäuse und Motor sorgt für eine intensive Luftkühlung des Pumpengehäuses.

Ein weiterer Ventilator innerhalb des Ölkühlers bewirkt die Kühlung des umlaufenden Öles. Das Ventilatorgehäuse bzw. der Ölkühler schützen vor einer Berührung dieser beiden Ventilatoren.

Ein integriertes Rückschlagventil verhindert ein Belüften des evakuierten Systems nach dem Abstellen der Pumpe, und es verhindert, dass sich der Förderraum nach dem Abstellen mit Öl voll saugt, was zu Ölschlägen beim erneuten Start führen würde.

Ein serienmäßiges Gasballastventil verhindert die Kondensation von Wasserdampf im Pumpeninneren bei Ansaugung geringer Dampfmengen. Für höheren Wasserdampfanfall kann ein verstärkter Gasballast vorgesehen werden.

Der Antrieb der Pumpen erfolgt durch angeflanschte Drehstrom-Normmotoren über eine Kupplung.

Bei Bedarf Vakuumregulierventil(ZRV),zusätzliches Rückschlagventil (ZRK), Staubabscheider (ZFP), vakuum-dichtes Ansaugfilter (ZVF), Motorschutzschalter (ZMS), Stern-Dreieck-Schaltgerät (ZSG), Anlaufentlastung (ZAE) und Vakuummeter.

Verwendung

Die Vakuumpumpen VCAH und VCEH sind für den Einsatz im gewerblichen Bereich geeignet, d.h. die Schutzeinrichtungen entsprechen EN DIN 294 Tabelle 4 für Personen ab 14 Jahren.

Die Typen eignen sich zum Evakuieren von geschlossenen Systemen oder für ein Dauervakuum in folgenden Ansaugdruck-Bereichen:
