Ganzmetall-Schwebekörper‑Durchflussmesser, viskositätsunempfindlich
Beschreibung:
Die Durchflussmesser der Typenreihe DS25 arbeiten nach dem bewährten Schwebekörper-Messprinzip. Der Schwebekörper, dessen Bewegung nahezu unabhängig von der Viskosität des Mediums ist, wird in einem konischen Messrohr geführt. Das fließende Medium bewegt den Schwebekörper in Durchflussrichtung. Die Schwebekörperbewegung wird magnetisch auf eine außerhalb des Messrohres angebrachte Anzeigeeinheit übertragen. Diese Anzeigeeinheit ist mit einer auf die Betriebsbedingungen ausgelegten Skala versehen und kann zusätzlich mit Kontakten oder einem elektrischen oder pneumatischen Analogausgang ausgerüstet werden. Die Geräte mit Analogausgang verfügen zusätzlich über eine Schwebekörper Blockade Erkennung.
Einsatzbereiche:
Die Schwebekörper-Durchflussmesser DS25 dienen zur Messung und Überwachung von flüssigen oder gasförmigen Medien aller Art. Durch den für alle medienberührten Teile verwendeten hochwertigen Edelstahl ist das Gerät auch für aggressive Medien sowie für den Einsatz in der Lebensmittelindustrie (unter Verwendung von Tri-Clamp- bzw. Milchrohrverschraubungen) geeignet.
