The second-hand devices are verified by Labexchange Service GmbH before delivery. You are receiving only fully functional devices.
Dispatch time
The stated dispatch times are the shortest possible ones for each article. The effective dispatch times can vary. The effective dispatch times will be stated in the order confirmation.
As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

Delivery information
Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.
The stated transport and packing charges apply to the most favorable route if transport and are to be understood as subject to verification due to unexpected cost increases. By reason of unpredictable events, cargo rates and delivery times can change at any time and therefore have to be adapted to the recent situation. Import formalities and possible customs charges will be borne by the purchaser. Incoterm coding according to Incoterms 2010: For persons who collect the devices themselves: EXW, for dipatch by sea: CFR, by air freight: CPT, other shipments: DAP. Note for international shipments: A proof of preference/EUR1 will not be issued by us. When self-collecting/ordering EXW from countries within or outside the European Union, 16% VAT will be retained as a deposit until we have received the corresponding confirmation of arrival/bill of delivery from the buyer.
Terms of payment
We do not accept payment by letter of credit, PayPal, etc. In each case the invoice amount is payable without deduction. Discount is not granted.

P-225 und P-235 sind vorgespannte Höchstlast-Piezoaktoren für statische und dynamische Anwendungen. Sie bieten eine Ansprechzeit im Sub-Millisekunden Bereich und Sub-Nanometer Auflösung.

Die Piezoaktoren bestehen aus einer reibungsfrei vorgespannten PICA TM Power Piezokeramik, die in ein Edelstahlgehäuse integriert ist. Durch die hohe Belastbarkeit und die interne Vorspannung sind sie ideal für Anwendungen wie die Präzisionsfertigung und die aktive Schwingungsdämpfung geeignet.
Höchste Zuverlässigkeit bei großen Auslenkungen
PICA TM Power Piezoaktoren sind optimiert für hochdynamische Anwendungen sowie Arbeitsbedingungen, bei denen hohe Temperaturen auftreten.
PICA TM Piezoaktoren wurden speziell für den Dauerbetrieb mit höchsten Anforderungen entwickelt. Durch jahrzehntelange Erfahrung in der Piezoentwicklung ist es PI gelungen, Leistungsfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Lebensdauer ideal miteinander zu kombinieren. Dauertests mit PICA TM Aktoren haben gezeigt, dass auch nach mehreren Milliarden Zyklen keine Leistungseinbußen auftreten.
Ausführungen für geregelten und ungeregelten Betrieb: Optimale Dynamik und Linearität
Die Standardausführungen sind ideal geeignet für Positionieraufgaben im offenen Regelkreis. Die Auslenkung des Piezoaktors ist dann annähernd der angelegten Spannung proportional.
Der ungeregelte Betrieb ist ideal für Anwendungen, bei denen schnelle Ansprechzeiten und sehr hohe Auflösungen bei maximaler Bandbreite erforderlich sind. Die Vorgabe oder die Rückmeldung der Position in absoluten Werten ist dann entweder nicht maßgeblich oder wird von externen Wegsensoren übernommen.
Für hohe Positioniergenauigkeit und Wiederholbarkeit im geschlossenen Regelkreis sind die Piezotranslatoren optional mit integriertem hochauflösendem DMS-Positionssensor erhältlich.
Anwendungsoptimierte Verstärker, Treiber & Controller
PI bietet eine breite Palette von Elektroniken für Piezoaktoren, angefangen von Treiberelektronik mit niedriger Leistung für statische Anwendungen bis zum Hochleistungsverstärker E-481 mit 2000 W für maximale Dynamik.
Für den geregelten Betrieb bietet PI eine große Auswahl an analoger und digitaler Steuerungselektronik. Das modulare System E-500 kann von einem einfachen Verstärker zum Servocontroller erweitert werden und umfasst verschiedene PC‑Schnittstellenmodule.
