Graphitrohrofen-AAS in Verbindung mit den AtomabsorptionsSpektrometern 3100/3110/3300 (HGA-600) oder 11008/2100/4100 (HGA-700). Die besonderen Vorteile dieser Graphitrohröfen sind:

Was bietet die Computer-Steuerung?
Die Graphitrohrofen-AAS erfordert hohe Flexibilität bei der Erstellung von Analysenprogrammen. Da mit dieser Technik eine Vielzahl verschiedenartiger Proben mit oft sehr komplexen Matrices zu analysieren sind, muss der Ofen in der Lage sein, mit den unterschiedlichsten Programmen für Probentrocknung, thermische Vorbehandlung und Atomisierung zu arbeiten.
Die HGA-600/700-Programmierung erfolgt mit Hilfe einer spezifischen Seite" am Bildschirm des Systemcomputers. Dort können Sie analytische Programme mit bis zu 12 verschiedenen Stufen eingeben. In jeder dieser Stufen können Rohrtemperatur (bis 3000°C), Aufheiz- und Haltezeiten, interner lnertgasstrom, Wechsel zu einem Alternativgas und Start des Geräte-Meßzyklus programmiert werden.
Alle HGA-Parameter einschließlich der temperaturgeregelten superschnellen" Heizrate sowie alle Parameter für den HGA-Probenautomaten werden über Tastatur, Maus und Bildschirm des verwendeten Computers eingegeben. Der Geräte-Computer steuert HGA und Probenautomat.
Technische Daten
Temperaturbereich: Raumtemperatur bis 3000°C; programmierbar in Schritten von 10°C.
lnertgas-Bedarf: Argon oder Stickstoff. Eingangsdruck: min. 300 KPa (3 bar), max. 450 KPa (4,5 bar). Gasverbrauch max. 1200 mL/min.
Kühlwasser: Leitungswasser oder sedimentfreies Brauchwasser. VVasserdurchsatz
max. 2,5 L-/min. Geschlossenes Umlaufkühlsystem (als wahlweises Zubehör erhältlich) empfohlen.
Programmflexibilität: Ein Steuerprogramm für die Bestimmung eines Elements kann aus bis zu
12 Programmstufen bestehen. In jeder Programmstufe sind folgende Parameter programmierbar: Temperatur: Bis 3000°C in Schritten von 1 0°C.
Aufheizzeit: 0 bis 99 s in Schritten von 1 s. Bei Einstellung 0 wird die superschnelle Heizrate
(> 2000°C/s) angewendet.
Isotherme Haltezeit: 0 bis 99 s in Schritten von 1 s.
Interner Gasstrom: 0 bis 300 mL/min in Schritten von 10 mL/min; umschaltbar auf eine zweite Gasart (ALTERNATE GAS).
Automatischer Start des READ-Vorgangs.
Öffnen/Schließen des Ofens : Pneumatisch.
