FIAS-300:
Dieses System ist ausgestattet mit zwei Schlauchpumpen und einem FIA-Ventil mit 5 Anschlüssen. Damit ist das FIAS-300 optimal geeignet für die FI-Flammen-AAS, die online Verdünnung, die on-line Anreicherung und die UV-VIS-Spektrometrie. Das FIAS-300 ist außerdem mit semi-automatischen Programmen für die UV-VIS-Spektrometrie ausgestattet. Es kann dagegen nicht für die FI-Quecksilber/ Hydrid-AAS eingesetzt werden, da es keine Trägergasversorgung eingebaut hat.
Systembeschreibung
Automatisch arbeitende Systeme für die Fließinjektions-Technik in Verbindung mit der Flammen-AAS, der Quecksilber/ Hydrid-AAS, der Graphitrohrofen-AAS, der ICP-OES, der ICP-MS, der UV-VIS-Spektrometrie und zur automatischen online Probenvorbereitung mit anderen geeigneten Detektoren. Proben- und Reagenzientransport mit schrittmotor-getriebenen Schlauchpumpen, Probendosierung mit FIA-Ventil und auswechselbaren Probenschlaufen.
Systemsteuerung
1. Vollautomatischer Betrieb mit PC-gesteuerten Analysensystemen.
2. Computer-gesteuerter automatischer Betrieb an älteren (bwz. nicht computergesteuerten) Spektrometern mit Hilfe der Perkin-Elmer FIA-DMS Software und dem zusätzlichen PC.
3. Semi-automatischer Betrieb mit konventionellen Analysengeräten ohne PC. Hierbei läuft auf Knopfdruck ein fest im FIAS implementiertes Programm ab.
Reagenzien- und Probentransport
Schrittmotorgetriebene Schlauchpumpe mit max. 8 Kanälen für Schläuche von 0,13 bis 3,18 mm Innendurchmesser. Die Geschwindigkeit der Pumpe ist in l er-Schritten von 30 bis 120 U/min einstellbar. (FIAS-100 ist mit einer Pumpe, FIAS-300 und FIAS-400 sind mit 2 Pumpen ausgestattet.)
Probendosierung
FIA-Schaltventil mit 4 (beim FIAS-100) bzw. 5 (beim FIAS-300 und FIAS-400) Anschlüssen und auswechselbarer Probenschlaufe.
Gasversorgung
Trägergasstrom (Argon) für Quecksilber/ Hydrid-AAS (beim FIAS-300 nicht vorhanden) von 40 bis 250 mUmin mittels Schwebekörperströmungsmesser einstellbar. Erforderlicher Eingangsdruck: 300 bis 400 kPa, automatische Gasabschaltung während der Arbeitspausen, Arbeitsdruck ca. 100 kPa.
Absorptionsküvette
Quarzküvette für Quecksilber/Hydrid-AAS, 160 mm lang, Außendurchmesser 14 mm, Innendurchmesser 7 mm, mit abnehmbaren Quarzfenstern.
(Beim FIAS-300 nicht mitgeliefert).
Küvettenheizung
Einheit mit elektrischem Heizmantel zur Heizung der Quarzküvette für die Quecksilber/Hydrid-AAS. Temperatur, von 100 bis 1000 °C kontinuierlich einstellbar. (Nur beim FIAS-400 mit der Bestell-Nr. 508 575 mitgeliefert).
Schnittstellen
Adressierung und Umschaltung zwischen IEEE und RS-232C mittels Dip-Switches.
