The second-hand devices are verified by Labexchange Service GmbH before delivery. You are receiving only fully functional devices.

Dispatch time

The stated dispatch times are the shortest possible ones for each article. The effective dispatch times can vary. The effective dispatch times will be stated in the order confirmation.

As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

Delivery information

Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.

The stated transport and packing charges apply to the most favorable route if transport and are to be understood as subject to verification due to unexpected cost increases. By reason of unpredictable events, cargo rates and delivery times can change at any time and therefore have to be adapted to the recent situation. Import formalities and possible customs charges will be borne by the purchaser. Incoterm coding according to Incoterms 2010: For persons who collect the devices themselves: EXW, for dipatch by sea: CFR, by air freight: CPT, other shipments: DAP. Note for international shipments: A proof of preference/EUR1 will not be issued by us. When self-collecting/ordering EXW from countries within or outside the European Union, 16% VAT will be retained as a deposit until we have received the corresponding confirmation of arrival/bill of delivery from the buyer.

Terms of payment

We do not accept payment by letter of credit, PayPal, etc. In each case the invoice amount is payable without deduction. Discount is not granted.

Introduction N-EVAP Models

The instrument consists of a base and stand assembly, sample holder and gas distribution system. Test tubes are held in place by a spring-loaded sample holder and support tray. Each position is numbered. The gas at 5 to 10 psig passes through an adjustable flow meter to the distribution manifold. Flexible tubing leads to valve-tube assemblies at each position. Depending on the test-tube size and solvent volume they can be individually raised or lowered to the correct height. Needles or glass pipets blow gas onto the surface of the solution resulting in rapid evaporation of the solvent. All materials used are laboratory quality and can withstand contact with organic solvents. Acid resistant models are available for corrosive applications.
The round, stainless steel water bath is thermostatically controlled and will accurately maintain water temperature from 30° to 70° C. Optional dry baths filled with glass or aluminum beads will operate from 30° to 130° C. A high temperature limit switch is installed for safety. An electrical GFCI plug is optional. An intrinsically safe, purged case is also available as an option. The bath is UL/CUL approved for laboratory use.

N-EVAP Features

· Five models available in 6, 12, 24, 34 and 45 positions.

· Compact size takes minimal hood space.

· Water bath provides gentle heat.

· Circular stand turns so each sample is accessible from the front.

· The larger models have a band spring hoist assembly for easy raising or lowering into the bash. Accommodates samples in test tubes 10 to 29 mm diameter. Volumes from 1 ml to 50 ml.

· A gas flow meter with valve, controls and indicates gas consumption.

· A needle valve adjusts gas flow at each position.

· Stainless steel 4 inches x 19-gauge needles standard.

· All metal parts are made of stainless steel, nickel chromed brass or anodized aluminum. Plastic parts are laboratory grade and will withstand contact with common organic solvents
