ETHOS PLUS mit weltweit führender Rotortechnik

MLS hat bereits 1990 die Rotortechnik eingeführt und ist bis heute selbst durch verschiedene Kopierversuche unerreicht. Die permanente technische Weiterentwicklung gewährleistet jedem Anwender den höchsten verfügbaren Qualitätsstandard. Durch das einzigartige Rotorprogramm bietet MLS optimale Lösungen für alle Laboraufgaben an. Das breite Behälterprogramm mit 40 ml, 100 ml (Standardgefäße) über 270 ml bis 1000 ml für Druck- und Vakuumanwendung ergibt sich eine unvergleichliche Flexibilität.

AUFKONZENTRIEREN UND VERDAMPFEN

ETHOS-System mit Vakuumpumpe und Absorptionseinheit.

Zum schnellen und verlustfreien Aufkonzentrieren (Elemente mit HNO3/HCIO4) und Abtrennen (SiF4/HF usw.).

Zum Abdampfen von Säuren und Lösemitteln wird zusätzlich ein Kondensationskühler eingesetzt.

Dramatisch reduzierte Aufschlusszeiten

Die bekannte direkte Erwärmung des Probengutes in mikrowellentransparenten Behältern ergibt einen deutlichen Zeitvorteil (bis Faktor 20) bei Aufschlussverfahren. Das einzigartige MLS-easyWAVE-Regelungsprogramm ermöglicht die Einwaage von bis 2 g organische Substanz. Im neuen Hochtemperaturrotor mit isostatischen Druckmänteln aus Keramik konnte die Betriebstemperatur bis über 300 °C gesteigert werden. Die Abkühlzeit wird um den Faktor 5 durch eine Spezialluftkühlung und die höhere thermische Leitfähigkeit reduziert. Somit konnte mit dem neuen HTR-300/6S-Rotor die Probenbearbeitungszeit von 45 Min. auf etwa 25 Min. verkürzt werden (Probeneinwaage bis Entnahme der Aufschlusslösung).
