Dispatch time

As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

Systembeschreibung
Das MILLI-Q System produziert Reinstwasser aus durch Elektroentionisierung (E.D.I.), Umkehrosmose (RO), Destillation oder Entsalzung vorbehandeltem Wasser.
Das aus diesem System produzierte Reinstwasser erfüllt oder übertrifft alle Forderungen an Laborwasser Typ 1 nach den Normen der ASTM, CAP und NCCLS.
Funktionsweise
Das durch Elektroentionisierung, Umkehrosmose, Destillation oder Entsalzung vorbehandelte Wasser wird in den Q-Gard-Reinigungspack geleitet, der die erste Reinigungsstufe darstellt.
Danach wird das Wasser UV-Licht (Wellenlänge 185 nm + 254 nm) UV-bestrahlt, wodurch organische Substanzen oxidiert und Bakterien zerstört werden.
Der Quantum-Pack hat die Aufgabe, restliche Ionen im Spurenbereich und oxidierte organische Substanzen zurückzuhalten.
Das gereinigte Wasser durchströmt dann ein Ultrafiltrationsmodul (UF) mit Hohlfasern, das Pyrogene, Kolloide und organische Moleküle mit einem Molekulargewicht von über 5 000 Dalton zurückhält. Die vom UF-Modul zurückgehaltenen Kontaminanten werden in regelmäßigen Abständen automatisch in den Abfluß gespült.
Ein manuelles Dreiwege-Ventil erlaubt es, das Reinstwasser über einen Membran-Endfilter mit 0,22 um Porenweite (Millipak-40) zu entnehmen. Dieser Filter entfernt Bakterien und Partikel, die größer als 0,22 tim sind, und vermeidet eine Rückkontamination des Systems durch die Entnahmestelle.
Das TOC-Analysegerät Al 0 bestimmt den Gehalt an organischen Verunreinigungen im Reinstwasser. Wenn sich das System im Modus PRODUKTION befindet, werden in regelmäßigen Abständen Messungen durchgeführt.
