Dispatch time

As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

When self-collecting/ordering EXW from countries within or outside the European Union, 16% VAT will be retained as a deposit until we have received the corresponding confirmation of arrival/bill of delivery from the buyer.

ZWECKSBESTIMMUNG
Der 645 Multi-Dosimat ist eine Weiterentwicklung der bewährten METROHM-Kolbenbüretten. Er wird zusammen mit einer Wechseleinheit als Dosierglied mit Motorantrieb für äusserst vielfältige Anwendungen eingesetzt: in der Chemie vorwiegend für Titrationen verschiedenster Art und ähnliche nass-chemische Bestimmungen.
In Verbindung mit einem Steuergerät (Titrierautomat) lassen sich zahlreiche Dosieraufgaben automatisieren. Die praktischen Wechseleinheiten ermöglichen eine rasche Umstellung auf andere Lösungen und Volumina.
ÜBERSICHT
Der 645 Multi-Dosimat ist eine Dosiervorrichtung mit Motorantrieb. Auf der Frontplatte sind die digitale Volumenablesung und die Bedienungselemente angeordnet, während sich die Anschlüsse auf der Rückseite befinden. Im Innern sind der Antriebsmechanismus mit Motor und eine elektrische/elektronische Schaltung untergebracht. Der Dosimat wird als selbständige Dosiereinheit oder zusammen mit einem Stativ und Magnet-Schwenkrührer als Titrierstand geliefert. Das Zubehör (gemäss 8stelligen Bestellnummern) umfasst jedoch keine Wechseleinheiten:

Die Flüssigkeitsdosierung beruht auf dem Verdrängungsprinzip. In einem kalibrierten Glaszylinder mit Dosier/Füllhahn wird durch die Antriebsmechanik ein Teflonkolben mit Dichtungslippen bewegt und dadurch ein entsprechendes Volumen ausgestossen bzw. angesaugt. Der Antrieb erfolgt durch einen Elektromotor über eine Präzisionsspindel, gekoppelt mit einem Rollenzähler zur Volumenanzeige. Der Netzteil mit Transformator und Gleichrichtung speist den Motor und die elektronische Schaltung für die Steuerung und Geschwindigkeitsregelung; er liefert auch die Betriebsspannung für den Magnetrührer beim Ausbau zum Titrierstand.
