Dispatch time

Note for international shipments: A proof of preference/EUR1 will not be issued by us. When self-collecting/ordering EXW from countries within or outside the European Union, 16% VAT will be retained as a deposit until we have received the corresponding confirmation of arrival/bill of delivery from the buyer.

Filter photometer NANOCOLOR® 300 D
The NANOCOLOR® 300 D is not only a high-performance filter photometer, it also features versatile software capabilities. With its arge reserves of light at all wavelengths, the user can perform precise measurements, even at high extinctions.
Storage of all NANOCOLOR® analytical methods and multilingual user guidance facilitate measurement. Additional programmes such as measurement of extinction, kinetics, data networks, etc. expand the applicability beyond the NANOCOLOR® analytical system as an instrument which can be used in all types of application in the laboratory.
Additional features are: processing of non-linear curves, storage of measurement results, warning for values outside the measuring range, possibility of programming the user's own analytical procedures, etc.

Filters and filter wheel
As the tungsten lamp generates light within the spectral range of 340 - 860 nm, filters are used which only transmit light of the wavelength, which is absorbed by the analysis sample. Light which is practically monochromatic can be attained with the interference filters used in the NANOCOLOR® 300 D. This quality of light ensures a high level of sensitivity and a greater accuracy in the analytical results. The increase in extinction per rise in concentration is also near the maximum value possible.
There are 10 filters fitted in a filter wheel with 12 slots. All of the NANOCOLOR® methods can be evaluated using these filters. The wheel also features two spare filter slots in case the user needs to fit additional filters. Once the method is called up, the filter wheel automatically turns the required filter into the path of the beam.
If new methods are adopted, or if existing methods are modified, other filters can be incorporated into the measurement programme at any time.
Interference filters are heat-sensitive and are metal-coated towards the light source.
When the photometer NANOCOLOR® 300 D is switched on, it automatically performs a filter test. If a deviation is found, the programme asks for a new calibration. Filters which have left the confidence interval, are displayed as <error: filter> (filter change is necessary). In order to prevent wrong measurements, further evaluation of tests which require the defective filter is blocked.
