Diese kompakte Laborpresse wurde speziell für häufige und präzise Anwendung von kleinen Presswerkzeugen und einem Druck bis 5 t entwickelt. Der Druck kann digital in 10 kg Schritten angepasst werden, dieser Wert wird bis zur nächsten Änderung dann gespeichert.
Die hydraulische Zahnradpumpe ist in der Lage, präzisen Druck ab 200 kg dauerhaft zu halten. Bei Unterschreitung eines einstellbaren Grenzwertes kann sie auch automatisiert nachpressen, um den Druck auf dem gewünschten Level zu halten. Damit ist die MP5MD perfekt für Anwender, die mit kleinen Werkzeugen und immer dem selben Druck reproduzierbar Pellets erstellen müssen.
Die Presse startet beim betätigen des grünen Tasters und lässt den Druck mit der blauen Taste wieder ab, bis der Zylinder wieder in der untersten Position ist. Der schwarze Drehknopf auf der Oberseite des Gehäuses stellt die Motorkraft ein. Damit lässt sich das Überschwingen des Drucks minimieren, was selbst kleine Werkzeuge zuverlässig vor Überlast schützt.
Ein Schalter am Splitterschutz verhindert wie bei der MP250M ebenso das Pressen mit geöffneter Abdeckung
