Aufbau und Funktion
Die -trivac-Pumpen sind ölgedichtete Vakuumpumpen in Drehschieberbauart. Der Antriebsmotor ein Flanschmotor, Bauart B5 ist direkt am Pumpengehäuse angeflanscht. Pumpenwelle und Motorwelle sind durch eine elastische Kupplung direkt miteinander verbunden. Alle Lagerstellen sind geschmierte Gleitlager.
Das Pumpengehäuse ist aus Einzelteilen zusammengesetzt, die durch Rund-Dichtringe gegeneinander abgedichtet sind. Alle Teile sind verstiftet, so daß eine leichte Demontage gewährleistet ist. Der Pumpenkörper kann ohne Schwierigkeiten und ohne Spezialwerkzeug ausgebaut werden.
Der exentrisch im Pumpengehäuse (1) angeordnete Rotor (2) unterteilt mit 3 radial gleitenden Schiebern (15) den Schöpfraum der Pumpe in mehrere Kammern. Das Volumen jeder Kammer ändert sich periodisch mit der Drehung des Rotors.
Dadurch wird am Ansaugstutzen (7) Gas angesaugt. Dieses passiert das Schmutzfangsieb (6), geht an dem geöffnetem Saugstutzenventil (5) vorbei und gelangt dann in -den Schöpfraum. Im Schöpfraum wird die Luft nach dem Verschließen der Einlaßöffnung durch den Schieber weiter transportiert und komprimiert. Bei
(14) wird Öl in den Schöpfraum eingespritzt. Dieses dient zur Schmierung und Dichtung zwischen Schöpfraumwand und Schieberdichtleiste einerseits sowie zur Schmierung und Dichtung der Schieber
(15) im Rotor (2) andererseits.
Das im Schöpfraum komprimierte Gas wird am Auspuffventil (11) in die Atmosphäre ausgestoßen. Das mit dem komprimierten Gas mitgerissene Öl wird im Ölfilter (10) abgeschieden. Dort wird auch gleichzeitig das Öl gefiltert und von mechanischen Verunreinigungen befreit. Durch Einlassen von Nebenluft genannt Gasballast wird eine Kondensation von Dämpfen im Schöpfraum der Pumpe vermieden. Zu Beginn der Kompression wird die genau dosierte Gasballastmenge bei (13) eingelassen. Dadurch ist die in den technischen Daten angegebene Wasserdampfverträglichkeit gewährleistet. Das Gasballastventil wird durch Drehen der Verschlußkappe geöffnet und geschlossen.
Das sonst üblicherweise beim Erreichen des Enddruckes auftretende Klopfen (öl-schlag) der Pumpe wird verhindert, durch eine zusätzlich in den Schöpfraum der Pumpe eingelassene sehr geringe Nebenluftmenge, die geräuschdämpfend wirkt (siehe auch Abb. 2)
Kommt die Pumpe zum Stillstand, so öffnet ein Fliehkraftschalter auf der Pumpenwelle ein Luftführungsrohr, das Atmosphärenluft unter den Kolben des Saugstutzenventils leitet. Dadurch wird der Ventilteller des Saugstutzenventils gegen den Ventilsitz im Ansaugstutzen gedrückt. Die zur Vakuumapparatur weiterführende Leitung wird dadurch verschlossen und die Pumpe belüftet.
Durch das angebaute Ölstandsauge ist eine leichte Kontrolle des Ölstandes innerhalb der Pumpe gegeben.
Öleinfüll- und Ablaßöffnungen erleichtern die Wartung.
Die Pumpen sind serienmäßig wahlweise mit Wechsel- oder Drehstrommotoren lieferbar.
