Dispatch time

As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

Delivery information
Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.
The stated transport and packing charges apply to the most favorable route if transport and are to be understood as subject to verification due to unexpected cost increases. By reason of unpredictable events, cargo rates and delivery times can change at any time and therefore have to be adapted to the recent situation. Leica ST4040
Lineares Färbegerät für hohen Probendurchsatz im histopathologischen Labor
Das lineare Färbegerät Leica ST4040 wurde ganz gezielt entwickelt, um den heutigen, aber auch den zukünftigen Anforderungen von durchsatzorientieren Labors zu entsprechen. Für wirtschaftliches und effizientes Arbeiten erlauben Ausstattungsvarianten eine optimale Anpassung an die individuellen Gegebenheiten im histopathologischen und zytologischen Labor.
Hoher Probendurchsatz und Flexibilität
- Durch die identische Bestückung der zweiten Färbereihe mit Reagenzien- und Fließwasserstationen kann der Probendurchsatz verdoppelt werden. Gleichzeitig werden zwei Objektträgerhalter mit jeweils 20 Objektträgern bearbeitet.
- Zeitlich aufeinander abgestimmt lassen sich zwei unterschiedliche Färbeprotokolle bearbeiten (z. B. parallele Färbungen der Histologie und Zytologie).
- Natürlich können auch zwei unterschiedliche Färbeprotokolle, die sich zeitlich nicht aufeinander abstimmen lassen, nacheinander durchgeführt werden, und zwar ohne zeitaufwendigen Reagenzienwechsel.
Umweltaspekte
- Zum Ableiten von Reagenziendämpfen kann der Leica ST4040 mit einem Aktivkohlefilter oder alternativ mit einem Abluftschlauch ausgerüstet werden.
- Um die Exposition von Reagenziendämpfen in die Raumluft erheblich zu minimieren, ist die Haube dreiteilig aufgebaut. So kann jeweils nur ein Teilbereich des Gerätes, z.B. zum Be- oder Entladen geöffnet werden.
- Durch die automatische Fließwasserkontrolle fließt Waschwasser nur während des Färbeprozesses, dadurch wird der Wasserverbrauch minimiert.
Optionale Be- und Entladestation
Zur Kapazitätserweiterung des Grundgerätes stehen optional eine Be- und eine Entladestation zur Verfügung. Damit kann zum einen die Färbereihe erweitert werden. Zum anderen ist, dadurch dass mehrere Objektträgerhalter gleichzeitig eingesetzt bzw. entnommen werden können, ein effizientes und zeitoptimiertes Arbeiten möglich.
Ergonomie
Niedrige Bauweise und geringe Tiefe des Gerätes ermöglichen ein bequemes Befüllen und Entleeren der Reagenziengefäße und erleichtern spürbar das Be- und Entladen mit Objektträgerhaltern.
Systemlösung
Eine ideale Systemlösung zum Färben und Eindecken mit hoher Probendurchsatzrate ist die Kombination des Leica ST4040 mit dem Eindeckautomaten Leica CV5030. Hierfür stehen zwei Adaptertypen für Objektträgerhalter für jeweils 20 Objektträger zur Auswahl:
a.) zum festen Einbau in den Leica CV5030
b.) zum Anbringen an den Objektträgerhalter
