Der Durchsatz ist abhängig vom Bruchverhalten der Probe, der gewünschten Feinheit, der Brechertype und der Spalteinstellung. Backenbrecher von Laarmann sind ideal zum Zerkleinern von Erzen, Bohrkernen, Mineralien, Metall-Legierungen, Schlacken, Böden, Keramiken, Baustoffen und ähnlichen Materialien.

Der Laarmann LMC Backenbrecher ist unverzichtbar für die batchweise oder kontinuierliche Vorzerkleinerung von mittelharten, harten, spröden und zähen Materialien für eine nachfolgende Feinvermahlung.

Zerkleinerungsprinzip Backenbrecher

Das zu verarbeitende Material fällt durch den Aufgabetrichter des Laarmann LMC in den Brechraum und wird zwischen der feststehenden und der beweglichen Brechbacke zerkleinert, bis das Mahlgut durch den jeweiligen Brechspalt passt und im herausnehmbaren Auffangbehälter landet.

Einfache Reinigung und Bedienung

Der Laarmann LMC Backenbrecher kann für kleine Mengen batchweise oder für größere Mengen kontinuierlich eingesetzt werden. Bewegliche und feststehende Brechbacke, sowie die beiden seitlichen Schleißbleche können leicht gewechselt werden. Die schwenkbare Fronttür gewährleistet einen bequemen Zugang zum Brechraum und eine einfache Reinigung der verschmutzten Teile.
