Dispatch time

Allgemeine Beschreibung

Herausragendes Merkmal der HPLC-Pumpe K–1001 ist die Doppelkolbentechnik in Kombination mit aktiver Restpulsationsdämpfung, die eine Flüssigkeitsförderung mit extrem niedriger Pulsation und hoher Flußkonstanz ermöglicht.

Die Pumpenköpfe können durch Lösen von nur vier Schrauben ausgetauscht werden. Erfahrene Anwender können die Köpfe zu Reinigungszwecken oder zum Austausch von Verschleißteilen einfach zerlegen.

Die leicht zu lernende Bedienung, Steuerung und Programmierung der HPLC-Pumpe K–1001 erfolgt über eindeutig beschriftete Bedientasten und einen zweizeiligen Bildschirm. Die interne Steuersoftware ermöglicht die Programmierung quaternärer Hochdruckgradienten, wobei bis zu vier Pumpen zu einem Hochdrucksystem kombiniert werden können.

Mit dem optionalen Solvent Organizer K–1500 können Niederdruckgradienten mit bis zu vier Lösungsmitteln erstellt werden. Die Steuerung des Niederdruckgradienten erfolgt einfach und direkt durch die Pumpe.

Die KNAUER Software Pakete, wie z.B. EuroChrom® 2000, erlauben die PC-Steuerung beliebiger KNAUER Systeme und ermöglichen einfachste Integration der HPLC-Pumpe K–1001 in komplexe Chromatographiesysteme.

Der inerte Pumpenkopf mit Keramik-Inlays vereint die Eigenschaften des Edelstahlkopfes mit denen des PEEK Pumpenkopfes und ersetzt deshalb letztere ab sofort. Der Pumpenkopf mit Keramik-Inlays kann in Kombination mit den KNAUER-Pumpen K-100, K-120, K-500, K-501, K-1000 und K-1001 eingesetzt werden.

Die Eigenschaften dieses Pumpenkopfes sind:

-         Er ist inert, und damit biokompatibel

-         Der 10 mL Pumpenkopf ist druckbeständig bis 400 bar (PEEK: nur 150 bar!).

-         Der 50 mL Pumpenkopf ist nach wie vor bis 150 bar druckbeständig

-         Die Dichtungen sind leichter zugänglich, da der Pumpenkopf jetzt in der Mitte geteilt ist


DECADE

an advanced, integrated electrochemical detector

This detector enables you to perform all applications using electrochemical detection. The DECADE includes a highly stable Faraday-shielded oven compartment accommodating column and flowcell. This flowcell has surprised researchers for its unsurpassed S/N ratio and therefore you now possess the best possible combination for extremely sensitive EC analyses. To further improve the stability of the DECADE an (electrically actuated, Option) injector and a high efficiency pulse dampener can be incorporated in the oven compartment.

The DECADE covers the DC, pulse and scan mode. Important parameters in the DC and pulse mode can be changed on a time base by user-defined commands, which enables maximum control to fully automate the detection. In addition, crucial settings (start, stop, hold, autozero, cell on/off) can be controlled by either relays or TTL (open collector type).

The DECADE can be controlled by a Computer via the RS232C interface connector (option).

The VT03 flow cell is available with a glassy carbon, platinum, gold, silver and copper working electrode. In combination with the spacer set (25, 50 and 120 µm) a variety of detection volumes (down to 5 nl) can be attained. As a standard, the salz bridge Ag/AgC1 reference electrode is advised. For special applications the Hy-REF reference electrode is available. A third reference electrode is the in situ Ag/AgC1 (ISAAC).

The VT03 electrochemical flow cell has been developed for ultra-trace analysis in stan­dard, microbore and capillary LC-EC. After extensive testing it was established that the confined wall-jet configuration gave the very best results. In addition it was found that the electrode materials quality and the finishing of the electrodes in the flow cell are decisive factors for the performance of an EC detector. While competitive designs usually deterio­rate when in use, this flow cell, by design, improves in performance. The flow cell per­mits unusually short stabilisation times: trace analysis within half an hour after starting up may be expected.
