HPLC Pump 420
INSTRUMENT DESCRIPTION
The HPLC PUMP 420 is a high performance two-piston pump. It produces flow rates up to 20ml/min and working pressure up to 600 bar depending an the installed pump head. The pump has an extremely constant flow with almost no pulsation.
The highly precise mechanics of the pump head with the miniature ball valves reduce the dead volume to an absolute minimum.
A "High Compressibility Option" is offered for applications using mofle compressible solvents in the higher pressure ranges.

On-Line Degasser
ERC-3000 series Degassers are designed to remove a gas dissolved in a solution.
When a solution like a solvent is flown in an analytical system or process, bubbles of gas dissolved in a solution can cause troubles in the measurement or reaction. in the past, degassing was performed by an ultrasonic methods, a vacuuming or heating.
In this unique and special membrane separation system, ERC-3000 series degasser have made possible on-line degassing.
The instrument can be used very effectively for improvement of analytical performance and long-term preservation of substances susceptible to oxidation and deteroration.
The instrument is on-line degassing device for any kinds of solvent and is used for degassing of a mobile phase in HPLC etc..

Der HPLC AUTOSAMPLER 465 ist ein automatischer Probengeber mit variablem Injektionsvolumen. Er eignet sich für Routine- und Forschungsanwendungen und kann, falls notwendig, Vorsäulenderivatisierungsreaktionen durchführen.
Als Einzelgerät (Stand-Alone-Betrieb) kann der AUTOSAMPLER 465 die Rolle einer relativ einfachen Systemsteuereinheit übernehmen. Als "Slave" läßt er sich extern von einem Computer über die RS-232-Schnittstelle oder durch eine einfache Relaisschaltung steuern.
Alle für die Bearbeitung eines Probenstapels relevanten Informationen werden in Files programmiert. Jedem File kann zudem ein sog. "USER"-Programm zugeordnet werden, das dann automatisch bei jeder Probe innerhalb eines Stapels ausgeführt wird.
Files können in einem sog. MASTERFILE zusammengestellt werden, um unterschiedliche Probensequenzen mit verschiedenen Parametern nacheinander abzuarbeiten.
Der AUTOSAMPLER 465 hat drei permanente Probenroutinen, die mittels Schalter auf der Hauptprozessorplatine eingestellt werden können.
