The second-hand devices are verified by Labexchange Service GmbH before delivery. You are receiving only fully functional devices.

Dispatch time

As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

Das Modell FSV (Fluid Small Volume) ist ein Flüßigkeitenmeßsystem, daß speziell für die Messung niederviskoser kleiner Volumen konzipiert ist.. Es beinhaltet auf kompaktem Raum alle wesentlichen Komponenten, die bei vielen Wettbewerb-Systemen oft aus Einzelteilen zusammenzustellen sind. Zum Modell FSV gehören neben einem Partikelsensor ihrer Wahl die Probenzuführung mit Magnetrührer sowie die Partikelzählelektronik.

Die Probenzuführung fördert über ein elektromotorisch angetriebenes Pumpenmodul präzise die eingestellte Volumenmenge durch die Sensormeßzelle in eine Glasspritze. Dabei erleichtert die per Knopfdruck auf- oder abwärts fahrende Probenplattform die Arbeit mit unterschiedlich hohen Behältnissen. In die Probenplattform eingearbeitet ist ein Magnetrührer der die Sedimentation großer Partikel verhindert.

Die Partikelzählelektronik klassifiziert die Sensorsignale über einen A/D-Wandler in Partikelgrößenkanäle die vom Anwender frei wahlbar sind. Zu dieser Einstellung wird jedem Sensor eine Tabelle beigefügt, die den Meßkanälen die entsprechenden Partikelgrößen zuordnet.

Die Computeranbindung erfolgt via serieller Schnittstelle zum IBM-kompatiblen PC: Von dort aus wird die Gerätesteuerung und Auswertung der übermittelten Daten mit Hilfe der Windows-Software "FL-Win" vorgenommen. Tabellarische und grafische Betrachtung der Meßergebnisse auf den Bildschirm oder Drucker sind ebenso möglich wie eine Umrechnung auf die Norm USP XXIII. Die Hintergrundmessung sowie Berücksichtigung verschiedener Verdünnungsfaktoren hilft die Trägerflüssigkeiten zu messen bzw. die Panikelanzahl der Ursprunsprobe sicher zu bestimmen.

Die medienberührende Teile des Sensors und der Probenzuführung sind aus Teflon, Edelstahl, Polypropylen, Saphir und Quartzglas.

Einsatzbeispiele des MODELL FSV sind Reinheitskontrolle von Wasser, pharmazeutische Lösungen, Chemikalien, Getränke oder Korngrößennanalyse von technischen Suspensionen.
