Dispatch time

The stated dispatch times are the shortest possible ones for each article. The effective dispatch times can vary. The effective dispatch times will be stated in the order confirmation.

As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

Delivery information

Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.

Messprinzip

Die 3D-Laserscan-Farbmikroskope verwenden zwei verschiedene Lichtquellen: eine kurzwellige Laserlichtquelle und eine weiße Lichtquelle zur Beleuchtung. Informationen über Farbe, Lichtintensität und Höhe, die für scharfe, farbige, lichtintensive und relieforientierte Bilder benötigt werden, können durch den gleichzeitigen Einsatz beider Lichtquellentypen gewonnen werden.

(Die kurzwelligen Laserstrahlen erkennen die Intensität des reflektierten Lichts sowie die Höhe).

Der Laserstrahl kommt ans einer punktförmigen Lichtquelle. Das 3D-Laserscan-Farbmikroskop tastet seinen Betrachtungsbereich mit Hilfe des optischen X-Y-Scansystems ab und rastert die Bilder dabei mit einer Auflösung von 1.024 x 768 Pixel. Das Lichtempfangselement erkennt das von jedem einzelnen Pixel reflektierte Licht, Durch Verschieben des Objektivs entlang der Z-Achse und wiederholtes Scannen wird für jede Z-Position die Intensität des reflektierten Lichts erfasst. Es werden daraus Höheninformationen gewonnen, die Lichtintensität wird erkannt und gleichzeitig wird auf die Z-Position für die Intensität des reflektierten Lichts fokussiert. Somit erfasst das 3D-LaserscanFarbmikroskop Daten zur Generierung von omnifokalen Lichtintensitätsbildern mit großer Tiefenschärfe sowie Für Vertikalbilder.

Das von des weißen Lichtquelle stammende reflektierte Licht wird mit erkannt. Die CCD-Kamera erfasst Pixel für Pixel die Farbinformationen an dem mit der Laserlichtquelle ermittelten Peak (Brennpunkt): Das 3D- Laserscan-Farbmikroskop ermöglicht daher Betrachtungen in Echtfarben, wozu REMs nicht in der Lage sind.
