The second-hand devices are verified by Labexchange Service GmbH before delivery. You are receiving only fully functional devices.
Dispatch time
The stated dispatch times are the shortest possible ones for each article. The effective dispatch times can vary. The effective dispatch times will be stated in the order confirmation.
As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

Delivery information
Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.
The stated transport and packing charges apply to the most favorable route if transport and are to be understood as subject to verification due to unexpected cost increases. By reason of unpredictable events, cargo rates and delivery times can change at any time and therefore have to be adapted to the recent situation. Import formalities and possible customs charges will be borne by the purchaser. Der Minifors ist als Einsteigergerät für Fermentationsneulinge und auch als kosteneffektive Lösung für industrielle Parallel-Fermentation konzipiert.
Er bietet Einsteigerpakete sowohl für Bakterien- als auch Zellkulturarbeiten, die komplett mit allem benötigten Zubehör ausgestattet sind. Dadurch wird der Schritt vom Schüttelkolben oder Spinner-Kulturen zu den überlegenen Möglichkeiten des Bioreaktors wie Messen und Regeln von Parametern und große Volumina aus einem Ansatz sehr erleichtert.
Die Bakterienversion bietet in der Basisausstattung neben den Standardparametern bereits pH-Regelung, Fütterung, Probenahme und Software für Messdatenerfassung. Die Steuerung bietet genügend Potenzial für Erweiterungen, wodurch die Anforderungen für fast alle denkbaren Anwendungen erfüllt werden können. Da die Steuerung auf der Instrumentierung unserer Schüttelinkubatoren basiert, ist sie denkbar einfach zu bedienen.
Die Handhabung des Gerätes ist durch Verwendung eines Temperierblocks mit integrierten Kühlkanälen (kein Doppelmantel, keine Schläuche, keine Kupplungen), abnehmbare, autoklavierbare Pumpenköpfe sowie die Ausführung der Gefäßhalterung als Tragegestell wesentlich einfacher als bei Standard-Tischbioreaktoren.
Einfaches Handling
Der Minifors ist besonders für Einsteiger optimiert, mit «plug n pump», einem Temperierblock statt eines Wasserkreislaufes sowie der intelligenten Gefäßhalterung, die alle Komponenten auf dem Weg zum Autoklaven aufnimmt.
Einfache Programmierung
Die Programmierung des Minifors wurde so weit vereinfacht, dass sogar eine ähnliche Bedieneinheit wie am Inkubationsschüttler Multitron verwendet werden konnte.
Komplett-Pakete
Cell oder Bakterien, jeweils in 2,5 l oder 5 l Totalvolumen. Sie enthalten alles, was für Anschluss und Betrieb benötigt wird.
Preis-Leistung
Unschlagbares Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, kaum höhere Kosten als bei einem großen Schüttelinkubator, wobei mehr Kultur auf kleinerer Fläche produziert werden kann.
Brückenschlag
So einfach wie ein Schüttelkolben, aber mit den Features der großen Fermenter:
Volumen, Probenahme, Messung und Regelung von pH und Sauerstoff, Möglichkeit für Feeding und Datenerfassung auf einem PC.
