Dispatch time

The stated dispatch times are the shortest possible ones for each article. The effective dispatch times can vary. The effective dispatch times will be stated in the order confirmation.

As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

Delivery information

Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.

The stated transport and packing charges apply to the most favorable route if transport and are to be understood as subject to verification due to unexpected cost increases. By reason of unpredictable events, cargo rates and delivery times can change at any time and therefore have to be adapted to the recent situation. Partikelanalysator HORIBA LA-300

Das Laser-Streulichtspektrometer LA-300 arbeitet auf der Gundlage der statischen Laserlichtstreuung (gemäß DIN/ISO 13320) und deckt eine große Bandbreite an Anwendungen ab. Dank seiner kompakten Größe ist es auch für den mobilen Einsatz geeignet.
Mittels eines Diodenlasers ist das Messgerät in der Lage, Partikel mit höchster Genauigkeit und Auflösung innerhalb kürzester Zeit (ca. 10 Sek.) zu erfassen. Der große Messbereich von 0,1 600 µm macht es zum idealen Gerät für Grundlagenforschung und Qualitätskontrolle.
Das LA-300 ist die optimale Kombination aus hoher Funktionalität, einfacher Bedienung, geringem Wartungsaufwand und Kosteneffizienz.

Funktionsprinzip

Eine Laserdiode mit einer Wellenlänge von 650 nm und einer Leistung von 5 mW ist das Herzstück des optischen Systems des LA-300. Sechs Weitwinkeldetektoren sowie ein Multi-Element-Detektor, welcher aus 36 Fotodioden besteht, fungieren als Empfänger des von den in der Durchflusszelle dispergierten Partikeln gestreuten Lichtes. Die elektrischen Signale, die mit der Intensität des gestreuten Lichtes korrespondieren, werden genutzt, um die Größenverteilung der Partikel zu berechnen. Auf Basis der Mie-Theorie erzielt diese Messmethode ausgezeichnete Genauigkeit und Reproduzierbarkeit.
Das optische System ist so angeordnet, dass mit dem LA-300 ein extrem kompaktes Messgerät zur Verfügung steht, welches nicht mehr Standfläche als ein DIN A3 Blatt benötigt.
