Dispatch time

As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

UP100H - Handliche Ultraschall-Laborgeräte
Der Ultraschallprozessor UP100H (100W, 30kHz) ist das perfekte Gerät, um kleine und mittelgroße Laborproben zu beschallen. Dieser kompakte und trotzdem leistungsstarke Homogenisator für das Labor wird zum Vorbereiten der Proben genutzt: Das Emulgieren und Dispergieren ebenso wie das Lösen und Aufschließen von Zellen sind hierbei wichtige Anwendungen des UP100H.
Der Ultraschallprozessor UP100H (100 Watt, 30kHz) weist das gleiche kompakte und ergonomisch geformte Design wie der UP50H (50 Watt, 30kHz) auf, allerdings liefert er eine doppelt so hohe Ultraschallleistung. Aufgrund seines zweckmäßigen Designs und mit einem Gewicht von 1,1kg liegt er leicht in der Hand. Selbstverständlich ist aber auch eine Verwendung am Stativ möglich. Ultraschallgenerator und Schallwandler sind in einem Gerät vereint, so dass aufwendige Verbindungskabel überflüssig sind. Ein stromzuführendes Kabel - das ist alles, was für die Inbetriebnahme des UP100H notwendig ist. Das Gerät eignet sich hervorragend zur Beschallung von sehr kleinen bis hin zu mittelgroßen Proben. Mit dem Einsatz der Sonotrode MS10 erweitert sich der Anwendungsbereich des Ultraschallgerätes, so dass das Beschallen von Proben von bis zu 500ml möglich wird. Somit wird der Ultraschallprozessor UP100H hauptsächlich zur Vorbereitung von Laborproben eingesetzt; vor allem für folgende Prozesse:
q Emulgieren (Mischen von nicht mischbaren Flüssigkeiten)
q Dispergieren (Einmischen von Pulver in Flüssigkeit)
q Homogenisieren und Desintegrieren
q Zellaufschluss (Lyse) und Extraktion
q Deagglomerieren von Nanomaterialien
q Entgasen
In Kombination mit der Durchflusszelle D7K können Laborproben in kontinuierlichem Durchfluss beschallt werden, z. B. 10 bis 100ml/min. Dabei wird eine kontinuierliche Beschallung im kleinen Maßstab simuliert. Da der UP100H auch 24 Stunden am Tag und 7 Tage in der Woche betrieben werden kann, können mit der Durchflusszelle bis zu 140l am Tag bearbeitet werden (in Abhängigkeit von der Anwendung). Das optionale PC-Interface kann insbesonders dann hilfreich sein, wenn eine Protokollierung des Tests oder eine Optimierung des Prozesses notwendig sind.
Machbarkeitsuntersuchungen
Der UP100H wird häufig in Machbarkeitsuntersuchungen eingesetzt. Hierfür werden kleine Probeneinheiten, z. B. 5ml in ein Reagenzglas gefüllt und über einen langen Zeitraum intensiv beschallt. Das Bild auf der rechten Seite (Klicken Sie hier für eine größere Ansicht!) zeigt den typischen Aufbau für die intensive Beschallung kleiner Proben. Sobald Ultraschall auf die Probe wirkt, erhitzt sich die Flüssigkeit schnell, sofern sie nicht durch ein Wasserbad gekühlt wird. Wird die Temperatur durch ein Wasserbad reguliert, kann die Probe länger, z. B. 20 Minuten, beschallt werden.
