The second-hand devices are verified by Labexchange Service GmbH before delivery. You are receiving only fully functional devices.

Dispatch time

The stated dispatch times are the shortest possible ones for each article. The effective dispatch times can vary. The effective dispatch times will be stated in the order confirmation.

As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

Delivery information

Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.

The stated transport and packing charges apply to the most favorable route if transport and are to be understood as subject to verification due to unexpected cost increases. By reason of unpredictable events, cargo rates and delivery times can change at any time and therefore have to be adapted to the recent situation. Import formalities and possible customs charges will be borne by the purchaser. Incoterm coding according to Incoterms 2010: For persons who collect the devices themselves: EXW, for dipatch by sea: CFR, by air freight: CPT, other shipments: DAP. BESCHREIBUNG DER ZENTRIFUGEN

Die Zentrifugen ROTANTA der Baureihe T-TR-TC und TRC sind Becherzentrifugen, mikroprozessorgesteuert und programmierbar.

Es sind technisch hochentwickelte Zentrifugen. Die erweiterte Kapazität erfüllt viele Wünsche, sowohl im Routinebereich als auch in Präzision und Reproduzierbarkeit schwieriger Sedimentgewinnung.

Aufbau der Zentrifuge

Die Zentrifugen ROTANTA / T und TR sind Tischzentrifugen, ROTANTA / TC und TRC sind fahrbar. Die Zentrifugen ROTANTA/TC und TRC können unter den Tisch gestellt werden. Nach Abnahme der Verkleidung sind die Zentrifugen ringsum zugänglich.

Arbeitsplatte und Rotorkammer sind aus rostfreiem Edelstahl. Die Rotorkammer ist aus Sicherheitsgründen doppelwandig.

Als Direktantrieb dient ein Motor mit hoher Beschleunigungsarbeit. Beschleunigung und Bremsung sind stromgeführt.

Kohlebürstenwechsel in der Rotorkammer.

Das Eingabe- und Informationsfeld ist eine wasser- und staubdichte Folientastatur. Die Elektronik-Einheit, mikroprozessorgesteuert, hat folgende Funktionen:

SICHERHEITSEINRICHTUNGEN

Deckelverrlegelung die Zentrifuge kann nur gestartet werden, wenn der Deckel

geschlossen ist.

Deckelzuhaltung der Deckel kann erst bei Stillstand des Rotors geöffnet werden.

Rotorerkennung die höchstzulässige Drehzahl des Rotors (NENN-DREHZAHL) kann nicht überschritten werden.

Überwachung der Betriebsdrehzahl

bei Überschreitung der Betriebsdrehzahl um mehr als 200 min schaltet der Antrieb ab.

Überwachung der Temperatur in der Rotorkammer

steigt die Temperatur in der Rotorkammer über 60 'C, schaltet der

Antrieb ab.

Überwachung der Bestückung des Rotors

Ein Unwuchtsensor schaltet bei ungleichmäßiger Bestückung den Antrieb im Anlauf ab.

Überwachung der Kohlebürsten-Abnutzung

Die Abnutzung der Kohlebürsten wird frühzeitig signalisiert. Nach Ablauf einer Frist von 50 Stunden schaltet der Antrieb ab bzw. kann die Zentrifuge nicht gestartet werden.
