The second-hand devices are verified by Labexchange Service GmbH before delivery. You are receiving only fully functional devices.
Dispatch time
The stated dispatch times are the shortest possible ones for each article. The effective dispatch times can vary. The effective dispatch times will be stated in the order confirmation.
As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

Die folgenden Beschreibungen betreffen das Nachfolgemodell:
DESTAMAT Bi-Destillierapparat Bi 18E aus Quazglas
Alle mit Wasser in Berührung kommenden Teile bestehen bei der Bi 18 E aus Quarzglas. Es ist im Gegensatz zu gewöhnlichem Laborglas nicht hygroskopisch und deshalb beständig gegen H2O. Diese Eigenschaften sichern die hohe Reinheit des Destillates.
Mit einer Magnetventilsteuerung des Speisewassers wird für eine wesentliche Kostenreduzierung gesorgt, da nur noch so viel Speisewasser (in der Regel teures VE-Wasser) zugeführt wird, wie abdestilliert.
Die Optimierung des Kühlwasserdurchflusses erfolgt über einen Durchflusswächter. Die Bi 18 E besitzt eine Anschlussmöglichkeit für einen zusätzlichen Füllstandssensor zur Überwachung eines Destillatsammelbehälters. Bei vollem Behälter wird das Gerät abgeschaltet und bei Unterschreiten des eingestellten Niveaus wieder zugeschaltet.
Die Steuerung der Apparatur ist so ausgelegt, dass bei Kühl- oder Speisewassermangel das Leistungsteil abgeschaltet wird und sorgt so für optimale Betriebssicherheit.
Alle Verbindungen sind als Steckoder Schraubverbindung ausgeführt, so dass Montage und Demontage der Glasteile, z. B. für die Reinigung, nur noch kurze Zeit in Anspruch nimmt.
Der modulare Aufbau ermöglicht Erweiterungen der Destillierkapazität auf einfachste Weise: Die Wasserversorgung wird durch einfaches Zusammenstecken der Geräte über spezielle Kupplungen gelöst.

Das Gerät Bi 18 E entspricht der EG-Richtlinie 89/336/EWG und der EG-Richtlinie 73/23/EWG.
