As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

3.1 Kurzbeschreibung
Der G ynkotek IN jektions- A utomat GINA 50 ist ein flexibles Modul für die Automatisierung der Hochleistungs-Flüssigkeits-Chromatographie. GINA 50 wurde speziell für HPLC-Routinelabors entwickelt, welche auf eine hohe Verfligbarkeit und Reproduzierbarkeit angewiesen sind.
In der Standardversion können bis zu 50 Proben je 100 mal eingespritzt werden. Ferner kann nach einer beliebigen Anzahl von Injektionen die Analyse eines Standards erfolgen. Diese Eigenschaften, sowie diverse Sicherheitseinrichtungen (z.B. der elektronische Probennadelschutz oder die Probenflaschenerkennung) machen den Probengeber GINA 50 zu einem idealen Gerät für die Routineanalytik.
Das Inline-Injektionsprinzip (d.h. die Probennadel ist selbst Teil der Probenschleife) ermöglicht ein variables Injektionsvolumen, eine hohe Volumen-Reproduzierbarkeit sowie minimale Verschleppung.
Durch die Ansteuerung über das GynkoSoft -Datensystern wird eine flexible Steuerung der
Probenparameter sowie die Ansteuerung eines zweiten Motorschaltventils (beispielsweise zur
Säulenschaltung) erreicht.
Sämtliche medienberührende Teile sind aus Edelstahl, PCTFE und PEEK gefertigt, wodurch eine ausgezeichnete Beständigkeit gegen die meisten eingesetzten Eluenten und Puffer erreicht wird.
3.2 Injektionsprinzip
Das Injektionsprinzip beruht darauf, daß die Probennadel selbst Teil der Probenschleife ist:
Die Probe wird durch die Nadel in die Probenschleife gesaugt (siehe Abb. 7). Anschließend fährt die Probennadel in den Nadelsitz und das Injektionsventil wird umgeschaltet. Das Laufmittel durchströmt nun die Probenschleife einschließlich der Nadel und bringt die Probe auf die Trennsäule. Hierdurch erübrigt sich das Spülen derProbennadel. Außerdem wird so die Dosierung variabler Probenvolumina ermöglicht.
3.3 Tastenfunktionen und Display
Das Display zeigt im Normalbetrieb die noch verbleibende Analysenzeit bzw. im Stand-By die Uhrzeit, oder den Wert des ausgewählten Parameters (z.B. Einspritzvolumen) an. Im StandAlone-Betrieb wird das Gerät über 6 Tasten bedient.
