I campioni sensibili alla temperatura possono essere frantumati perché la macinazione rapida ed efficace riduce lo stress termico sul materiale macinato. I campioni difficili da macinare, come: B. Stireni, poliestere, resine sintetiche, pellicole, PVC, PP e PE possono ad esempio B. infragilito mediante aggiunta di azoto liquido e poi macinato fino a finezza analitica. Inoltre, per la preparazione dei campioni in conformità alla direttiva RoHS viene utilizzato anche il mulino ad alta velocità con rotore PULVERISETTE 14.
Metodo di lavoro
Un rotore ad altissima velocità dotato di nervature sagomate frantuma il campione tramite impatto. Inoltre, i denti affilati insieme al setaccio inserito tagliano il campione mediante tranciatura. Nella fase finale di frantumazione, il campione viene sottoposto all'attrito tra il rotore e il setaccio.

Il mulino a rotore PULVERISETTE 14 viene fornito di serie nella configurazione base con recipiente di raccolta e coperchio. I rotori d'impatto e gli anelli filtranti sono disponibili in vari modelli e materiali e possono essere ordinati come accessori.
È disponibile anche un anello setaccio rivestito in WC con foro trapezoidale da 0,25 mm.

The second-hand devices are verified by Labexchange Service GmbH before delivery. You are receiving only fully functional devices.
Dispatch time
The stated dispatch times are the shortest possible ones for each article. The effective dispatch times can vary. The effective dispatch times will be stated in the order confirmation.
As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.
