Dispatch time
The stated dispatch times are the shortest possible ones for each article. The effective dispatch times can vary. The effective dispatch times will be stated in the order confirmation.
As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

When self-collecting/ordering EXW from countries within or outside the European Union, 16% VAT will be retained as a deposit until we have received the corresponding confirmation of arrival/bill of delivery from the buyer.

Beschreibung der Grundanlage
Die LYOVAC GT 2 ist ein Tischgerät. Die Vakuumpumpe steht auf dem Boden oder auf der untersten Platte des Tischwagens und wird über eine Vakuumleitung mit dem Grundgerät verbunden. Das modulare Konzept dieser Anlage macht sie vielseitig verwendbar. Mittels der Acrylglas-Zylinder 185 und 440 lassen sich sowohl Ein-Kammer-Systeme zur Rechentrocknung als auch Zwei-Kammer-Systeme zur Rechen- und Schalentrocknung zusammenstellen.
Das System wird mit einer zweistufigen Vakuumpumpe Typ TRIVAC D 4 B/D 8 B bei offenem Gasballastventil evakuiert. Das in der Vakuumpumpe eingebaute Saugstutzenventil schließt beim Abschalten der Vakuumpumpe automatisch. Der Kammerdruck steigt durch die Undichtigkeit der Anlage und/oder die Gasabgabe aus dem Produkt langsam an. Die Vakuumpumpe selbst wird belüftet.
Der Kondensator wird von einer einstufigen Kältemaschine gekühlt. Die Kondensationsfläche ist so ausgelegt, daß große Wasserdampfmengen zu Beginn derTrocknung aufgenommen werden können. Bestimmte Produkte können in Schalen auch direkt zwischen den Kondensatorschlagen eingefroren werden. Beim Ausschalten der Anlage wird der Kondensator durch das Saugstutzenventil in der Vakuumpumpe von dieser getrennt. Nach dem Belüften erwärmt sich das Eis auf dem Kondensator und taut langsam ab. Schnelles Abtauen wird durch Übergießen mit Wasser erreicht. Die Aufbauten, Kammer, etc.) werden solange auf den hinteren Teil der Grundanlage gestellt.
Die Kältemaschine mit einem einstufigen, luftgekühlten Kälteaggregat arbeitet mit dem Kältemittel R 502 und kühlt den Kondensator.
In der Funktion FREEZING" läuft die Kältemaschine zeitverzögert an.
Wenn die Taste DRYING" betätigt wird, läuft zusätzlich die Vakuumpumpe an.
Die Druckmessung erfolgt mit einem Vakuummeter, das einen Meßbereich von Umgebungsdruck bis 10 -3 mbar abdeckt und im Bedienmodul (Abb. 5) der Grundanlage integriert ist.
