Dispatch time

Gerätekonzeption
Das Dr. Lange Digital-Photometer LP6A ist ein Einstrahl-Spektrallinien-Photometer mit Referenzstrahlengang, bei dem ein Mikrocomputer die automatische Steuerung der Meßprogramme durchführt.
Mit der eingebauten Küvettenwechselautomatik für bis zu 120 kinetische Bestimmungen pro Stunde und dem integrierten Meßwertdrucker ist das »LP6A« nicht nur für mittlere Serien konzipiert: Auch kleinere Serien und Einzelanalysen bei ausgeschalteter Automatik sind wirtschaftlich meßbar.
Das Digital-Photometer LP6A mißt kinetische Methoden und Endpunktmethoden mit Faktor oder Standard. Mit dem »LP6A« besitzen Sie das Grundgerät für einen Substrat- und Enzymmeßplatz.
Auch ohne Wechselautomatik werden die Meßwerte ausgedruckt (Ausnahme Kinetikmessung »manuell«) und zusätzlich 4stellig kommarichtig digital angezeigt. Dies ist besonders wichtig für Einzelbestimmungen und für das Arbeiten mit der Absaugküvette.
Bei fehlerhafter Bedienung oder einer Gerätestörung wird die Ursache in Klartext ausgedruckt.
Es können-alle heute bekannten Parameter aus dem Bereich der klinischen Chemie bei den Meßwellenlängen zwischen 334 nm und 623 nm gemessen werden. Da Makro- und alle Mikroliter-Methoden ab 500 µl Endvolumen eingesetzt werden können, ist der Spielraum in der Laboranwendung nahezu unbegrenzt. Der Küvettenwechsler ist ausgelegt für 8 Rechteck-Küvetten oder für 8 Küvetten Tests.
