DESAGA TLC-Applicator AS 30
Der DESAGA TLC-Applicator AS 30 arbeitet nach dem Auf-sprühverfahren. Dabei trägt ein Gasstrom die Probe von der Nadelspitze auf die DC-Platte. Dieses altbekannte Prinzip verhindert Beschädigungen der Schicht und ermöglicht das Bewegen des Auftrageturms während des Probenausstoßes - berührungsfreies Auftragen als Strich oder Punkt.
Während des Füllvorganges steht die Dosierspritze über dem Auffangbehälter, der Spülflüssigkeit und überschüssige Probe aufnimmt. Die Probe wird durch eine seitliche Öffnung in den Spritzenkörper injiziert. Nach dem Befüllen fährt ein Schrittmotor den Spritzenkolben nach unten und verschließt die Füllöffnung.
Ein zweiter Schrittmotor bewegt den Turm seitwärts über die DG-Platte. Für das exakte Auftragen, punkt- oder strichförmig, steuert der Mikrocomputer die beiden Schrittmotoren und das Gasventil.
Über die Tastatur werden alle Parameter für die Auftragung von bis zu 30 Proben eingegeben. Der Benutzer wird dabei mit der 2-zeitigen LCD-Anzeige durch das klar gegliederte Menü geführt.
Diese Methode beinhaltet die Plattengröße, Anzahl, Länge und Abstand der Bahnen, das Auftragevolumen und die Auftragegeschwindigkeit. Für jede Bahn kann die Probennummer und der Volumenfaktor angegeben werden. Der batteriegepufferte Speicher faßt 10 verschiedene Methoden.
Automatisierung
Ein Probengeber erweitert den TLC-Applicator AS 30 zum vollautomatischen Auftragesystem. Dabei steuert der Applicator den Autosampler über ein serielles Interface und überwacht die Auswahl der Probengefäße, die Förderung der nötigen Probenmenge und die Spülvorgänge. Das zweite serielle Interface erlaubt die Dokumentation der Auftrageparameter mit Drucker oder Labor-EDV.
Der komplette Arbeitsplatz für die quantitative DC entsteht durch die Kombination des TLC-Applicator AS 30 mit dem Densitometer CD 60. Dabei überwacht ein PC die Funktion beider Geräte. Die integrierte Software erlaubt, alle Parameter, die für das Auftragen und das anschließende quantitative Auswerten erforderlich sind, in einem Arbeitsgang einzugeben. Die Namen der Proben und die Nummern der Probengefäße werden während des Auftragevorgangs und in den Ausdrucken der Meßergebnisse angezeigt.

Der Autosampler erweitert den TLC-Applicator AS 30 zum vollautomatischen Auftragesystem. Dabei steuert der Applicator AS 30 den Autosampler über ein serielles Interface und überwacht die Auswahl der Probengefäße, die Förderung der nötigen Probenmenge und die Spülvorgänge.
