The second-hand devices are verified by Labexchange Service GmbH before delivery. You are receiving only fully functional devices.

Dispatch time

The stated dispatch times are the shortest possible ones for each article. The effective dispatch times can vary. The effective dispatch times will be stated in the order confirmation.

As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

Delivery information

Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.

The stated transport and packing charges apply to the most favorable route if transport and are to be understood as subject to verification due to unexpected cost increases. By reason of unpredictable events, cargo rates and delivery times can change at any time and therefore have to be adapted to the recent situation. Import formalities and possible customs charges will be borne by the purchaser. Incoterm coding according to Incoterms 2010: For persons who collect the devices themselves: EXW, for dipatch by sea: CFR, by air freight: CPT, other shipments: DAP. Note for international shipments: A proof of preference/EUR1 will not be issued by us. When self-collecting/ordering EXW from countries within or outside the European Union, 16% VAT will be retained as a deposit until we have received the corresponding confirmation of arrival/bill of delivery from the buyer.

We do not accept payment by letter of credit, PayPal, etc. In each case the invoice amount is payable without deduction. Discount is not granted.

System

Ein Radialventilator saugt die Luft aus dem Arbeitsbereich durch die in der Arbeitsplatte vorn und hinten angebrachten Luftschlitze an und befördert sie in den Druckraum.

70% der Luftmenge passiert dann den Haupt-Hosch-Filter Klasse S nach DIN 24184 mit einem Abscheidegrad von 99,999% für Partikel von 0,3g Grösse (DOP-getestet) und gelangt in den Arbeitsraum zurück, wo sie als turbulenzarme Verdrängungsströmung einen hochreinen Raum schafft, des-sen Qualität die Anforderungen der Reinheitsklasse 3 nach VDI 2083 bzw. der Reinheitsklasse 100 nach U.S. Fed. Std. 209 B noch übertrifrt.

30% der Luftmenge gelangt über einen weiteren HOSCH-Filter Klasse T nach D IN 24184 mit einem Abscheidegrad von 99,9998% für Partikel von 0,12p. Grösse (DOP-getestet) in die Umgebung.

Um das Luftgleichgewicht zu bewahren, wird dieser Luftanteil durch die Arbeitsöffnung im Frontbereich wieder angesaugt und bildet einen Luftvorhang zum Schutz des Bedienungsper-sonals.

Arbeitsöffnung und Luftmengenströmungen werden konti-nuierfich elektronisch überwacht. Eine Funktionsstörung der Bank durch Fehleinstellung der Arbeitsöffnung oder durch Luftmengenveränderung wird sofort optisch und akustisch angezeigt.

Der stufenlos regelbare Ventilator gewährleistet eine optimale Ausnutzung der Filterkapazität.

Ein negativer Druck im Plenum bietet dem Benutzer zusätz-liche Sicherheit.

Spezifikationen

Gehäuse

Das Innengehäuse besteht aus Edelstahl 4301 und das Aussengehäuse aus Stahl 37 mit epoxy-Beschichtung, miteinander verbunden durch Schrauben.

Bedienungseinheit

Die Bedienungseinheit enthält alle Regler, Instrumente und elektrischen Anschlüsse und ist komplett in der Lichtkappe montiert.

Frontscheibe

Leichtmetallrahmen mit Neopren-Dichtung und 6 mm Sicherheitsglas.

Der untere Teil ist höhenverstellbar.

Beleuchtung

Die Beleuchtungseinrichtung besteht aus einer hochklappbaren Metallblende oderhalb der Frontscheibe mit Reflektor und 2 Leuchtstoffröhren.

Nachtklappe

10 mm Volkern, alle Nähte geklebt, zentrale Belüftungs öffnung mit Gummiverschluss.

Downflow-filter

Hochleistungs-Schwebstoff-Luftfilter (Hosch/HEPA) werkseitig geprüft nach VDI 2083 Sonderklasse S mit max. 0.003% Durchlässigkeit (Wirkungsgrad 99,997%) für Teilchen von 0.3 Mikron. Nach dem Einbau nochmals nach der D.O.P.-Methode (Dioctylphtalat) geprüft. Ober- und Unterseite trockenversiegelt ohne Silikon oder andere Dichtungsmittel.
