Dispatch time

The stated dispatch times are the shortest possible ones for each article. The effective dispatch times can vary. The effective dispatch times will be stated in the order confirmation.

As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

Delivery information

Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.

The stated transport and packing charges apply to the most favorable route if transport and are to be understood as subject to verification due to unexpected cost increases. By reason of unpredictable events, cargo rates and delivery times can change at any time and therefore have to be adapted to the recent situation. Das MINISTIL P-Konzept

ist ein wichtiges Glied der modernen Wasseraufbereitungstechnik. Umweltschutz und steigende Ansprüche an die Reinwasserqualität erhöhen permanent seine Bedeutung. Natürliches Trinkwasser enthält Mineralstoffe in gelöster Form, welche unsere CHRIST AQUA Entsalzungspatronen entfernen. Dank der hochentwickelten Regenerationstechnik und der nahtlosen Qualitätskontrolle unserer regenerierten Ionenaustauschharze erzeugen unsere MINISTIL-Patronen aus jedem Trinkwasser stets dieselbe hohe Wasserqualität.

Die MINISTIL P-Anwendungen

Überall dort wo vollentsalztes Wasser am Ort des Verbrauchs in kleinen bis mittleren Mengen benötigt wird, bietet sich der Einsatz von MINISTIL P-Patronen an.

Die MINISTIL-Vollentsalzungstechnik eignet sich für verschiedenste Einsatzbereiche: Von hochwertigen Spülmaschinen über Ultraschall-Luftbefeuchter bis zum Analysengerät im Labor wird vollentsalztes Wasser benötigt.

Die MINISTIL P-Technik

Mischbettpatronen MINISTIL P- sind druckfest und können unmittelbar an die Wasserleitung angeschlossen werden. MINISTIL P-Patronen werden serienmässig mit flexiblen edelstahlummantelten Anschlussschläuchen geliefert, welche einen grossen Querschnitt aufweisen und besonders hohe Durchflussleistungen bei gleichzeitig niedrigem Druckverlust ermöglichen.

MINISTIL P-Funktionsweise:

Das Trinkwasser wird von oben nach unten über eine Mischbettharzfüllung geführt, welche die Salze, die Kohlen- und die Kieselsäure chemisch bindet.

Das so entsalzte Wasser wird über ein Lanzensystem am Boden der Patrone gesammelt und aus dem Behälter herausgeführt.

Beim Mischbett verhindert dieses Drop-down-Prinzip das Entmischen der Kationen- und Anionenaustauscherharze (unterschiedliche spezifische Gewichte).

Mittels einer Anzeige wird signalisiert, wenn die Harzkapazität erschöpft bzw. die Patronenregeneration fällig ist. Ist das der Fall, kann die Patrone mit wenigen Handgriffen ausgewechselt werden. Ebenso wird über eine Anzeige die Leitwertüberwachung signalisiert.

Flexibel und zuverlässig

In den Mess- und Anschlusskopf ist eine Leitfähigkeitsüberwachung eingebaut: der Leitwert wird auf dem integrierten Digitaldisplay stufenlos zwischen 0,1 und 199.9 µS/ cm angezeigt. Die Alarmschwelle ist wahlweise bei 0,5/1.3/2/4,3/7,5/10/15/ 20/30 oder 50 µS/cm einstellbar. Der Leitwertalarm wird durch eine rot blinkende Leuchtdiode gemeldet; auf Wunsch kann gleichzeitig ein externes Magnetventil geschlossen oder ein potentialfreier Umschaltkontakt geschalten werden. Das Gerät zeigt ebenfalls, ob Netzspannung anliegt.

Einfach und schnell

Der Mess- und Anschlusskopf passt auf alle CHRIST AQUA Kunststoffpatronen, so dass die Patronengrösse jederzeit angepasst werden kann.

MINISTIL P-Patronen können mit wenigen Handgriffen ausgewechselt werden, denn im Mess- und Anschlusskopf ist ein Bajonett-Verschluss integriert, der den einfachen Patronenwechsel ermöglicht.
