Dispatch time

Die Mikro-Dismembratoren U und S von B. Braun Biotech haben sich in vielen Labors bewährt. Sie dienen in der Botanik oder der Umweltanalytik zum Zerkleinern von Nadeln, Samen und anderen harten Pflanzenteilen. Chemiker können Pigmente zermahlen. Mediziner, Pathologen und Toxikologen setzen die Geräte ein, um gefrorene Gewebeproben, Haare, Knochenproben oder Zähne
zu zerkleinern. Mikrobiologen können tiefgefrorene Zellsedimente aufschließen; Biologen können Gewebeproben aus dem Stickstofftank im Mikro-Dismembrator zerkleinern. Durch die verschiedenen Schüttelbehälter, Mahlkugeln und Glasperlen lassen sich die Geräte optimal auf die spezielle Anwendung einrichten. Durch den hohen Wirkungsgrad werden die Proben schnell
aufgeschlossen die Isolierung von DNA, RNA und Proteinen wird wesentlich effizienter als bei der Verwendung von Handhomogenisatoren. Außerdem kann der Einsatz von Enzymen reduziert werden, die sonst zur Zelllyse eingesetzt werden. Damit vermeiden Sie den Einsatz von Fremdproteinen, die sich mit Ihrer Probe mischen. Dies ist z. B. bei der Proteomforschung hilfreich.

Zubehör
Für den Mahlvorgang werden Schüttelgefäße und Mahlkugeln oder Glasperlen benötigt. Gefäße mit einem Volumen von 3 ml, 5 ml, 7 ml und 20 ml stehen zur Verfügung. Mahlkugeln gibt es aus Achat, Stahl oder Wolframkarbid.
Glasperlen können nur für feuchte oder flüssige Proben verwendet werden.
Mahlkugeln finden für gefrorene oder spröde Materialien Verwendung. Die Auswahl der geeigneten Gefäße und Kugeln richtet sich nach der vorgesehenen Anwendung. Eine allgemeine Empfehlung für sinnvolle Kombinationen gibt die folgende Tabelle.
