The second-hand devices are verified by Labexchange Service GmbH before delivery. You are receiving only fully functional devices.

Dispatch time

As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.

ATM Saphir 520 Schleif- und Poliermaschine / Poliergerät Die Saphir 520 ist ein einspindliges Schleif- und Poliergerät mit aufgebautem Schleif- und Polierkopf Rubin 500 für Arbeitsscheiben Ø 200 - 250 mm. Das Gerät überzeugt ganz besonders durch seine einfache Bedienung und bietet ein Höchstmaß an Möglichkeiten. Ablaufzeit, Anpressdruck, regelbare Drehzahl, Drehrichtung, pneumatisches Absenken, Einzel- und Zentralandruck sowie Programmspeicherung und einiges mehr sind vorhanden. Dazu zählen alle Vorteile des Grundgerätes Saphir 320, ein Gerät mit bestechenden Eigenschaften.

VARIABLE DREHZAHL Die variable Drehzahl der Arbeitsscheibe wird im Bedienfeld des Schleif- und Polierkopfes Rubin 500 eingestellt. Auch während des Arbeitsvorgangs kann die Drehzahl verändert werden.

ELEKTRONISCHE STEUERUNG Das Bedienfeld ist besonders robust ausgeführt. Alle Parameter können am Bedienknopf verändert werden. Der logische Aufbau macht die Bedienung einfach.

WASSER Die Wasserzufuhr wird manuell geschaltet. Der Spülschlauch ist herausziehbar und kann durch die flexible Schlauchverlängerung zum Reinigen der Arbeitswanne benutzt werden. Die optimale Wasserverteilung erreicht man durch Schwenken des Wasserhahns über der Arbeitsscheibe.

INDUSTRIESTANDARD Alle von uns verwendeten Teile sowie die konstruktive Ausführung entsprechen den in Deutschland üblichen Geräteanforderungen für die Industrie und den EU-Sicherheitsvorschriften. Die Geräte sind in servicefreundlicher Modulbauweise gefertigt. Der gesamte Arbeitsprozess kann automatisiert und reproduziert werden.
