This non-contact measuring instrument provides complete 3D surface analysis, in true colour with superb resolution and clarity at the high macro, micro and nano level. This therefore allows for the easy recognition of corrosion, burns and blemishes on surfaces. Surface characterisation data is coupled with full measurement analysis, from the simple dimensional, through to surface roughness both 2D RA and 3D SA and all traceable to ISO standards.
Brilliant sharpness in the complete field of view and optimal illumination even at complicated reflection properties allows for the measurement of geometries with steep flanks, highly reflective properties and strong roughness at a vertical resolution of up to 10nm.
