Descrizione. Strumento 7 Agilent 400-DS. Lo strumento 7 Agilent 400-DS consente di eseguire test simultanei sul rilascio di piccoli volumi di un massimo di 13 campioni. Il 400-DS è progettato per testare nuove forme di dosaggio come i farmaci combinati. Il design innovativo integra sia il dispositivo di risoluzione che l'autocampionatore. Alimentato da un software conforme alle linee guida 21 CFR Parte 11, il 400-DS offre praticità, maggiore produttività ed efficienza per le attività di controllo qualità e ricerca e sviluppo. Sono disponibili vari supporti standard e personalizzati, come stent a rilascio di farmaco, pacemaker, lenti a contatto mediche, cateteri e altro ancora. Caratteristiche. Esegue test automatizzati di dissoluzione di piccoli volumi che richiedono solo 3 ml di terreno in camere campione da 5 o 10 ml. Risparmia tempo testando fino a 13 campioni contemporaneamente fornendo agli utenti una visione diretta di ciascuna cella di risoluzione. Mantiene il controllo della temperatura tramite sonde di temperatura interne e camicie di riscaldamento esterne: non è necessario il bagnomaria. Riduce al minimo l'evaporazione grazie al sistema completamente chiuso. Fornisce l'aggiunta/rimozione automatizzata di un massimo di cinque tipi diversi di supporti attraverso un'apertura nella parte inferiore della cella. Consente la reciprocità del portacampione attraverso una piastra magnetica controllata esternamente e supporta da 1 a 35 inserti al minuto per soddisfare al meglio le vostre esigenze. Può ospitare 12 file di campioni individuali utilizzando flaconi HPLC da 2 o 4 ml per il campionamento non presidiato. Consente la programmazione fino a 36 punti nel tempo e cinque diversi tipi di supporto in un unico metodo, con istruzioni software per la rimozione e la sostituzione del rack durante il ciclo. Automatizza la sostituzione totale o parziale dei mezzi in qualsiasi momento tramite un modulo del fluido integrato per ciascuna cella campione. Conformità del software con 21 CFR Parte 11 e un singolo PC può controllare in modo indipendente fino a quattro sistemi 400-DS
