Les appareils d’occasion sont vérifiés par Labexchange Service GmbH avant la livraison. Vous recevez des appareils entièrement fonctionnels.

Délai d'expédition

Les délais de livraison indiqués sont les plus rapides pour l’article en cause. Les délais de fait peuvent varier au cas par cas. Les délais de livraison définitifs sont indiqués dans la confirmation de commande.

Nous offrons des livraisons collectives par principe. Le délai de livraison s’oriente à l’article avec le délai de livraison le plus long. Une livraison partielle est possible par prix additionnel.

Features & Function

Reflotron^® Plus - An enviable asset

The Reflotron^® Plus is an in vitro diagnostic device designed for the quantitative determination of clinical chemistry parameters using Reflotron^® Test reagent strips. It works on the principle of reflectance photometry and ensures rapid and reliable results while being easy to use.

The results are shown on a clear LC display and the profile can be printed out via the integral printer. Thanks to a redesigned measuring chamber, cleaning and operation is even easier and reduce maintenance time to a minimum.

In addition to the patient's profile, the individual patient's cardiac risk according to " Framingham " or "PROCAM", the Friedewald LDL cholesterol, the total cholesterol/HDL cholesterol ratio, and the creatinine clearance can be calculated

Data storage and IT connectivity

Patient data can be simply and efficiently stored. The Reflotron^® Plus possesses a storage capacity for 60 results with additional information. Thanks to its data interface, the Reflotron^® appliance can also be very easily linked to an external computer. This allows further processing of patient data as well as data exchange.

Reflotron^® Tests

The Reflotron^® Tests are reagent strips designed for the specific quantitative determination of 17 clinical parameters for the most common indications using undiluted specimen material. The incorporation of a plasma-separating system makes it possible to use capillary or venous whole blood as well as serum and plasma. On the back of each Reflotron^® Test reagent strip there is a magnetic strip containing all test- and lot-specific data so that no calibration is necessary by the user.

Quality Control

After every cleaning operation, the optical system of Reflotron^® Plus should be checked using Reflotron^® Clean + Check. In addition, the whole system can be checked by the Reflotron^® control material (Reflotron^® Precinorm^® U, Reflotron^® Precinorm^® HB, and Reflotron^® Precinorm^® HDL).

Ease of use and minimal maintenance: in-office chemistry with Reflotron^® Plus

Reflotron^® Plus is designed for easy-to-use handling and low maintenance. Thanks to its small dimensions it takes up very little space. The well thought-out features make the determination of clinical-chemical parameters quick, convenient and easy: There is no need to prepare reagents and calibration is also unnecessary.
