Dispatch time

The stated dispatch times are the shortest possible ones for each article. The effective dispatch times can vary. The effective dispatch times will be stated in the order confirmation.

As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.

Delivery information

Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.

The stated transport and packing charges apply to the most favorable route if transport and are to be understood as subject to verification due to unexpected cost increases. By reason of unpredictable events, cargo rates and delivery times can change at any time and therefore have to be adapted to the recent situation. Import formalities and possible customs charges will be borne by the purchaser. Incoterm coding according to Incoterms 2010: For persons who collect the devices themselves: EXW, for dipatch by sea: CFR, by air freight: CPT, other shipments: DAP. Note for international shipments: A proof of preference/EUR1 will not be issued by us. When self-collecting/ordering EXW from countries within or outside the European Union, 16% VAT will be retained as a deposit until we have received the corresponding confirmation of arrival/bill of delivery from the buyer.

Terms of payment

We do not accept payment by letter of credit, PayPal, etc. In each case the invoice amount is payable without deduction. Discount is not granted.

Zeiss Abbe Refraktometer

zur Bestimmung der Brechungszahl von Flüssigkeiten und festen Körpern in dem Bereich von nD 1,3 - 1,7.

Abbe-Refraktometer

Das Gerät dient zur Bestimmung der Brechungszahl von Flüssigkeiten und festen Körpern in dem Bereich von n_D 1,3 bis 1,7. Zur Beleuchtung wird weißes Licht benutzt. Der für die Herbeiführung der Monochromasie eingebaute Abbe'sche Kompensator ist gleichzeitig zur Bestimmung der mittleren Dispersion geeignet.

Das Refraktometer wird benutzt

zur Prüfung und Reinheitskontrolle von Erdölen und Erdölprodukten, Paraffinen, Wachsen, tierischen und pflanzlichen Ölen und Fetten, Glyzerin, Anilin usw.

zur Bestimmung des Mischungsverhältnisses bei binären Gemischen, deren Komponenten verschiedene Brechungszahlen haben, z. B.

zur Bestimmung des Zuckergehaltes in wässerigen Saccharose-Lösungen,

zur schnellen Bestimmung des Fettgehaltes in Lösungen,

zu Konzentrationsbestimmungen an wässerigen, alkoholischen und ätherischen Lösungen aller Art,

zur Betriebskontrolle von Zwischen- und Endprodukten der chemischen Industrie.

Der unvergleichliche Vorzug der optischen Methode ist der geringe Flüssigkeitsbedarf und die große Schnelligkeit des Meßvorganges.

Meßgenauigkeit: Die Skala ist in Einheiten der 3. Dezimale der Brechungszahl geteilt. Ein bis zwei Einheiten der 4. Dezimale können bequem geschätzt wer-den. Die Messung geschieht bei weißem Licht. Das Meßergebnis hingegen stellt die Brechungszahl n_D bei gelbem Natriumlicht dar.

Mit Hilfe der Brechungszahl und der Ablesung an der Kompensatorteilung kann aus einem beigegebenen Diagramm die mittlere Dispersion (n_F -n_C ) abgelesen werden.

Die Justierung des Gerätes ist normalerweise unveränderlich. Geprüft wird sie mit Hilfe von Flüssigkeiten, deren Brechungszahlen bekannt sind, oder einem Justierplättchen, das zur Ausrüstung des Gerätes gehört. Erweist sich eine Justierung trotzdem als erforderlich, so kann sie von dem Benutzer selbst an einer Justierschraube, die sich unter dem obersten Deckel rechts am Gehäuse befindet, vorgenommen werden.

Der normale Temperaturbereich , innerhalb dessen Messungen ausgeführt werden können, erstreckt sich beim neuen Abbe-Refraktometer von 0 bis + 100°C.

Durchflußküvette

Um Messungen an Flüssigkeiten auszuführen, deren Brechungszahlen sich fortlaufend ändern, wurde eine Durchflußküvette zum Abbe-Refraktometer entwickelt.

Die Durchflußküvette besteht aus einem Meßprisma und einer temperierbaren Durchflußkammer mit Schlauchanschlüssen.

Diese Küvette ist so ausgebildet, daß Messungen in erster Linie bei streifendem Lichteinfall ausgeführt werden können.
