Verification of devices
The second-hand devices are verified by Labexchange Service GmbH before delivery. You are receiving only fully functional devices.
Dispatch time
The stated dispatch times are the shortest possible ones for each article. The effective dispatch times can vary. The effective dispatch times will be stated in the order confirmation.
As a matter of principle, we are offering collective deliveries. The shipping time is calculated based on the position with the longest lead time. A partial delivery is possible on explicit request.
Shipping methods
Parcel services, forwarding agencies, self-pickup, delivery by Labexchange fleet.
Delivery information
Prices exclude shipping costs. Stated shipping costs are to be expected. Deviations are possible. If transport costs are not specified, please ask separately for them.
The stated transport and packing charges apply to the most favorable route if transport and are to be understood as subject to verification due to unexpected cost increases. By reason of unpredictable events, cargo rates and delivery times can change at any time and therefore have to be adapted to the recent situation. Import formalities and possible customs charges will be borne by the purchaser. Incoterm coding according to Incoterms 2010: For persons who collect the devices themselves: EXW, for dipatch by sea: CFR, by air freight: CPT, other shipments: DAP. Note for international shipments: A proof of preference/EUR1 will not be issued by us. When self-collecting/ordering EXW from countries within or outside the European Union, 16% VAT will be retained as a deposit until we have received the corresponding confirmation of arrival/bill of delivery from the buyer.
Terms of payment
We do not accept payment by letter of credit, PayPal, etc. In each case the invoice amount is payable without deduction. Discount is not granted.

INTRODUCTION
The Autosampler is a microprocessor-controlled modular automatic liquid sampling unit designed for use in liquid chromatography. It is designed to be part of a total system which includes a pump, a detector, and an integrator.
The Autosampler accommodates up to 81 samples, and up to 10 injections per sample in a completely automated operation. Interaction between the Autosampler and other Spectra-Physics instruments is available through the LABNETS communications network.
Specifications
The Autosampler consists of a single microprocessor-controlled module, containing Keyboard and Display, the Injector Valve, Helium Degas control for flush solvent, diagnostics, and all required mechanical and electrical assemblies. Also included are a detachable flush reservoir, four sample trays, necessary tools, tubing and fittings for installation, and Operators Manual.
Capabilities include:
· 80 sample vials in four removable trays.
· Vials are identified by the quadrant and the position in the tray.
· Trays can be numbered 1 - 20 and automatically read.
· A priority sample, position 5.01, can be run without disrupting the automatic sequence.
· The same vials can be used repetitively for calibration and recalibration sequencing.
· Full loop and variable volume injection (SP8880 only) modes.
· Samples are withdrawn by a digital stepmotor-driven syringe
· through the concentric sampling needle which permits vial
· pressurization with a gas in full loop mode.
· Automatic flush sequence after every injection.
· Variable sample draw and injection dwell rates for the analysis of viscous samples.
· Sample size, number of injections, run time and analysis file can be varied with each vial.
· Injection Volume:
· Variable Injection mode (SP8880 only) 1 microliter to 300 microliters in 1 microliter increments (1500 µL with optional 2.5 mL syringe).
· Fixed Loop mode - 20 microliter Standard, 10, 50, 100, 200, and 500 microliter loops available.
· Precision: 0.5% RSD at 10 µL for fixed loop mode and 1.0% RSD at 10 µL for variable volume mode. Precision values are based an a properly maintained instrument that is tested under the conditions stated in Appendix C.
· Number of injections per vial: 1 to 10.
· Minimum volume required: 5 microliters for a 1 microliter injection using an optional microvial (P/N 3115-0400).
· Sample vial: 2 mL glass with Teflon-faced septum and screwcap. Optional microvial permits sampling from limited sample volumes.
· Cycle time: 2 minutes between samples for 20 microliter injection using variable volume injection mode.
· Analysis time: up to 9,999 minutes, or longer under external control.
· Gradient delay: up to 99.99 minutes.
· Inputs/outputs (standard) :
· Inject hold input; Gradient Start output; Pump Stop output; Inject Signal output; +5 Volt, 30 mA output.
· BCD output and control board (Optional on SP8880 only) : Vial Position information and remote Autosampler mechanism control.
· Communications board (standard on SP8880): Provides all features of BCD board above plus RS-232-C communications and LABNET for complete system communication and synchronization. Also provides 4 timed event outputs and equilibration delay up to 99.9 minutes.
· Bar code label reading (Optional) : Provides bar code label reader for positive sample identification. The label is read and file conditions selected as the vial is lifted to the fixed sampling needle.
· Power requirements: 90-130 VAC 50/60 Hz or 200-265 VAC 360 VA 50/60 Hz
· Environment: +100 to +400 C, 20% to 95% non-condensing relative humidity.
· Weight: 43.0 lbs (19.5 kilograms)
